Clean, tidy, good experience, Thai hospitality. I will stay here next time. The return trip is in the evening. I checked out in the morning and went to the beach in the afternoon. I was covered in sand and was asked to wash off in the shower. I was very satisfied.

There are still incomplete amenities such as small towels. Slippers in the room, hairdryer, drinks in the room are not available, should add tea or ovaltine for some people who do not drink coffee....

The hotel brekky is always cold daily eggs,ham,sausages about the only hot dish is the yoghurt (yes you read that right) and rice. The residents slam doors all night we had 4 times complained to reception at 1am and they said what do you want us to do? Then you have the maids slam doors all morning as they want to clean your room and even if you have do not disturb sign on your door. Be aware they wash your cups and cutlery in their water which smells putrid, beds are rock hard and water pressure is a trickle at nest.The hotel is quute the distance from Bangla road and not much to offer around it and most tour operators charge extra baht as you are outside the pick up zone I would not recommend this place i am sorry to say

Large hotel room was excellent complete with teapot, fridge, microwave, TV, and large balcony for drying out diving gear. Highly recommend it. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because the adjoining restaurant is sub par. Included breakfast was large and had many choices, but none outstanding. When I tried to get dinner last night at 5:00, nobody could be found and I went to the nearby mini mart instead. When I returned, I saw one person ordering. It was sweltering hot in the restaurant and I wondered why their doors were open instead of using the A/C. Today at breakfast, the A/C was fully on. Definitely stay at this hotel, but plan elsewhere for food, other than the ok breakfast.

Good hotel for a couple of days in Phuket Old Town. Rooms were clean. Bed large and very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Close enough to walk into the town centre though beware the uneven pavements.
