Upon arrival, the flower bath wasn’t set up as we were promised in the email. After emailing the staff, they eventually came to arrange the bath and an anniversary cake. However, we had already left our room and returned late at night to find the bathtub water cold (a wasteful oversight) and the cake left uncovered, which attracted lots of ants. What was meant to be a romantic surprise turned into a shocking ordeal—we spent hours worrying ants had infested our clothes and belongings.
Additionally, for a resort hotel, it’s unacceptable that no activities were offered on Sunday morning, especially since we were only staying one night. As it rained crazily, it’s impossible to swim so I didn’t use the hotel amenities. Had I known about these issues beforehand, I would never have booked this hotel. The environment, breakfast and staff are nice but I deeply regret my stay here for this price and cannot recommend it to others.
p.s. city view room means facing the Phuket city side, can’t see the pool at all. The view is soso so I didn’t take a pic at all.

What a lovely hotel . It has great amenities, I particularly liked the pool area and the bed was comfortable. Check in was fairly easy and they were incredibly helpful with luggage, I didn’t lift a finger. The room was clean and the service was amazing. I do think the room is a little small . Overall a good hotel .

I recently stayed at Dinso Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with delicious ice cream and refreshing hot towels — a lovely gesture that made us feel immediately at home.
We had booked a two-bedroom apartment with a garden view, and it was perfect for our group. The view was truly breathtaking, both during the day and at night. I highly recommend this room for families or groups of 3 to 4 people, as it offers plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast at the resort was another highlight. It was varied, delicious, and thoughtfully arranged, with clear labeling of halal and non-halal options, which we really appreciated. The staff were always polite, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed — their hospitality added so much to the overall experience.
This stay was truly exceptional, and I would definitely return to Dinso Resort in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel built along the mountain. Friendly staff, cute decor, and very nice room. My room is very far from the lobby, garden view is soso. I need to take 3 different lifts to get to the room, a little hassle. And the swimming pool is a bit disappointing, not much activities to join in the hotel... overall, it's not bad.

Stunning nature escape in vibrant Patong beach. The hotel is beautifully designed, staff very helpful and the bed very comfortable. Lots of activities to keep you entertained. The food at the restaurants on site were delicious and well priced. Recommend getting a pool view room instead of a garden view. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is not good, very bad experience, I booked two double bed rooms for two nights, but only gave me one double bed and one twin bed room. I only stayed for one night and left. I will not book this hotel again in the future. Very bad, I will not recommend it to my friends
