We stayed in the private villa and were SO impressed. The room was big and the pool was so nice. They welcomed us with cake on our honeymoon and even offered to let us check in earlier for free. The staff was exceptional at helping with any requests and we truly felt like everything was taken care of. Patong is not for us but would return solely for this room.

Poor service. Totally unacceptable. The bartender Thymen and Jules, keep on swearing in front of the guest, doing sex gestures on female guests.
After I complaint to the front desk, there is no follow up. I dun think they care at all.

The water tank of the coffee machine wasn’t cleaned. The cleaner left her sponge behind in the toilet after making the room. See the photos attached.
Location is up a hill which you have to walk along the narrow roads with heavy traffic passing very close to you. Not as convenient, especially for those with young kids.
Very pretty hotel that is perfect for Instagram, but that is all about it. The room is pretty as well but there are a lot of things like slippery floor mats, high door frame to access to the toilet that make the stay unpleasant.

I have dinner here and also breakfast i recommend to enjoy food fantastic taste here all style even thai western indian very delicious and reasonable price
Reataurant manager is very kind and helpful
Khun kat duty manager at lobby also service mind and helpful to me prepare many thing to give me best experienced and unforgot moment
So i will spend next moment while i go to phuket at dinso again hope to have a fanrastic at there again.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, if not the best. The hotel territory, its bars, restaurants, the campus itself are astonishing! I wouldn’t believe it existed if I hadn’t been there!
The breakfast was mindblowing. We had the simplest room and it is just what you need from a 5* room. Can’t imagine how cool are villas!
