TV is too small and doesn’t work with space. Air con is either too warm or too cold, wifi is slow or not working, no elevator. Room is big but nothing, not clean and needs to refurbish… lack of properly clean or take care.
Only building’s facade was great and modern when we look from outside. Location not far from the usual walking street area, only 5-10 min. But around the hotel full of abandoned building and this hotel also just renovated with rebrand.
I can choose other hotel that better in this area at same price.

Its ok for a budget hotel. Though no amenities and wifi is not that strong. It is recommended for solo travellers who are looking for budget options.

The room was quite small and inconvenient. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, there was no soap or refrigerator, and for some reason, the sink was located outside the bathroom, with no towel hook nearby. All the furniture was new, and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast system was unusual. The breakfast itself was excellent, but to get it, you had to select your choices from a menu a day in advance and specify a time. However, when you arrived at the scheduled time, you had to reorder and wait for it to be prepared.
The hotel also lacked an elevator, but the staff helped carry the luggage.

Room was clean and tidy, service staff were very friendly. Area for improvement was the bathtub as the flow rate was very slow so we didn't manage to use it. Otherwise a very comfortable stay and a great location being so near Phuket Old Town.

The hotel is quite new. Staff at reception is nice and hospitality. Room is big and has bathtub. There are choices of breakfast, me and my friend eat vegetarian food, they also provide for us too. It’s convenient to have few mins walk to the old town.

The location is excellent and close to hot spots in Old Phuket Town. Great staff and service and very nice rooms. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay - clean, good breakfast, convenient and in the heart of Old Phuket Town. My only gripe was there was no lift. And the walls are a bit thin. But yes I'll choose to stay there again for the great price and location.
