Stayed at this hotel at the Phuket town for the first day of the trip. Love everything here. The room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful too. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other friends.

Comfortable, really clean, everything is new, quiet, the interior of the room and the hotel is minimal. I really liked the welcome service and the attitude of the staff. The outdoor area is beautiful. Breakfast was so delicious. Location not bad( Near the Phuket old town) Thanks guys🫰🏻really good choice

I can't recommend this place enough! I love the architecture—celan and simple yet corresponding with the Sino-European architecture of Phuket. The best breakfast I've ever had! But the best of all is the staff. Aon and Fon are the loveliest, most attentive ladies. They are always smiling and greeting and happy to help with anything you need. You can tell they really want to make your stay unforgettable.

Excellent front desk staff . They were all very helpful . Room cleaners were so attentive and thorough , too . Just that the breakfast is expensive and has limited choices . Not worthwhile .

Location on edge of Phuket old town. This like a guest house rather than a hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. However, not much service provided from the hotel. Don’t expect too much. The building of the hotel is super beautiful. You can take much photo from there.
As this is newly build hotel, the service can be improved, like they mentioned room cleaning is from 10:00-16:00. However when we go back to hotel at 16:00, they still not yet finished the cleaning; And also they forgot to clean the rubbish bin from last guest;
Hope they can improve!

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests.
The only area for improvement would be the soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which occasionally disrupted my sleep. That said, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t overshadow the many positives of my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!
