We were here for 3 nights April 12-15 , family with kids , highly expected on swimming pool and basic conveniences service
- outdoor swimming pool at the third floor that only use during night time : pool’s light can’t turn on the the beginning of our trip and water significantly decreased and we can’t use until April 14 since it was take time placing water
- no water, bathroom kitchen are not available whole day from night of April 13 to almost night time of April 14
- Villa’s maid was on leave, only one person back up who know nothing and hard to reach out was support us, can’t speck Thai and English she is Burmese
- very dirty balcony and outdoor area at the third floor
