我們住的是瀉湖景觀房，房間在2樓並不潮濕，硬件設施過關。酒店很安靜，靠近**有泳池，酒店內有西餐和泰餐，服務人員都很熱情。需要注意的是這一帶的酒店都遠離商業區，出入不是很方便，如果是喜歡熱鬧的不適合，坐酒店的ShuttLbuS可以到一個小型商業街，有吃喝的地方，711便利店。總之，酒店挺有調調，適合安靜在酒店躺平。

這次訂的villa,由於是雨季，非常擔心房間床品會潮，但是打開房門，摸到床品的時候，超級乾爽！第二次選擇普吉萬麗作為家庭回國前的機場落腳點，太正確了！

The room is clean, the only bad thing happened is on first day check in , the pillow is very smelly, but after we reported to hotel, they changed it immediately, the respond and service is good, but it would be perfect to check before customer check in. The receptionist Summer is very warm and good service
The restaurant in the hotel also good

Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

仍然服務周到熱情。
夏季來普吉就是躺平休息，這次孩子長大了，解鎖健身房，來了健身房裡也能enjoy。

設施：能看出設施有些年頭，但保養的很好
衞生：很乾凈，真的找不到毛病
環境：靜謐！白天旁邊會有一些裝修聲，基本不影響
服務：微笑服務，迎面都會打招呼，客房打掃很負責。
