Clean and okay place. Nothing fancy though. Location is good. Has many stores and restaurants around. Rooms are clean but walls very thin, I could hear my neighbour snoring every night during my stay. Bathroom had a terrible smell think it was coming from the pipes. Had to keep the bathroom door closed. I booked the place also thinking the beach is a walking distance away, but actually not. But you can still get a scooter or a cab.
Breakfast was terrible I had it once and I couldn’t go back again. The place has nothing to offer besides the pool, other than that there’s nothing to do within the facility.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.

Smell from the shower drain was vile. Comfy bed, good tv. Toilet seat didn’t fit. Sink tap just trickled water. No towels at the pool. Balcony window not sound proofed. Overpriced. Pain waiting for elevator- should have stairs that aren’t a fire escape. Location is by restaurants and shops but 30 min walk to the beach.

Great spot as it is in the center of the action of Phuket and only 1.5 km from bang Tao beach. Super helpful staff and great deck for sunning and swimming. Definitely would come back

Don’t reccomend this place. Dirty room, very bad smell in the bath, TV doesn’t work normally. The breakfast in this hotel-this is only word. The only one advantage is their location!

Really amazing hotel. It’s brand new with great facilities. Pool is fantastic and in the sun. They have gaming for the kids and free coffee. Very central location. One of my favorite hotels this year. Great location close to boat avenue.

The hotel is recently opened, but all went smoothly with everything here. It’s located to everything you need, but requires some transport to get to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the comfort of the bed was above expectation, we just slept as babies.
