The location of the hotel is very convenient - it takes around 5-7 minutes to get to the beach on foot.
As for the hotel itself - it’s small but new and beautiful with nice rooms.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also quite good - the rooms are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The AC works well with a strong wind.
The hotel’s staff is very friendly and responsive - I had a problem with the lack of the place for drying my clothes and they came up with a convenient solution very fast.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay for no matter you are traveling with your family, partner on just on your own.
Recommend it.

New hotel on Karon. No parking, nowhere to put the car, it was inconvenient for us. No elevator. On the plus side - right within walking distance of a cafe and a walking street. Everything is nearby, there is breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Every day cleaning in the room, daily change of towels. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. During the day on the way to the beach you can buy everything for a beach holiday, in the evening this street turns into a party place with bars and restaurants. Nearby there is a beautiful temple, where in the evening a night market opens with food, souvenirs and daily entertainment. Music and songs can be heard from the hotel, so take earplugs.
Next to the hotel there are a couple of 7/11; a laundromat, where for 140 baht a nice woman will wash and dry everything for you; a lot of pharmacies, excursion stands and massage parlors.
Advice: when you go to the beach, go to the right, there are fewer people and a beautiful view.

The hotel is nice, breakfasts are good. There is no elevator, we went to the fourth floor, but they helped with the suitcases. The hotel is on the street where there is everything, in the epicenter. There was no dryer on the balcony. There was Internet, but there were interruptions. The hotel did not have taps for feet.

Excellent small hotel, the staff is kind, helpful, the rooms are very clean, the water pressure is excellent, the plumbing is new, the breakfasts are not bad, the beach is close, there are toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, the pool is very clean, we even swam at night.
