The best location. Opposite Patong Beach and very near to Bangla Road and Smart Bus station to go to airport or other areas. The room is newly furbished and reopen in Jan 2025, so it looks better.
However the water heater did not function well. Theres a flying cockaroach in the toilet. We booked sea view however the view is limited by trees and roof. When they clean up the room they put away the rug (carpet) and the bed throw. It was decorated as we first checked in. Room photos included in the review.
We are very pleased with our stay overall. For the price we paid (during high season) we are happy with our choice.

Overall it was great. The staff was very friendly. It was in a perfect location just across from Patong Beach on the side street of Bangla Street. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was also complimentary water. We were very pleased.

The hotel is good (keep in mind that this is Thailand, here they take with heart and soul), the location is super. The room had 1 large bed and one small (we were a family of 4). The room is clean, not small, there is wi-fi, slippers, bathroom accessories, a hair dryer. There are no breakfasts, but this is not a problem at all. In general, I recommend it.

This is honestly the best hotel in Patong, I chose this hotel over many other 4 and 5 star hotels as this is the most clean and amazing place. The location is perfect at the beautiful beach and close to shopping malls. We just feel home here, it is so clean and room service and service is one of a kind. So lovely and warm welcome, also super friendly and excellent owner. I can not recommend this place enough. We always come back here as this is our absolute favourite.

This hotel is in a really good location on the beach the staff and owner are very helpful and friendly, the room we stayed in was nice and clean would definitely stay here again would recommend to friends and family we stayed for a total of 3 day.

Great hotel, the entrance is away from the road, past a pleasant row of shops, which cuts down on the noise and activity. The staff is pleasant, and very hardworking. The manager is great for conversation, and if you have any problems (we did not), he's always around. The AC in our room worked very well. The location for the price can't be praised enough. It is a bit shabby, because the property was recently bought, and they're doing renovations. Noise from the work is ongoing during the day, as well as a construction site next door, but who cares? Right now, Taksim is a diamond in the rough. When they finish the work, this place will be a fine gem.
