Hotel is very new, clean and modern. Most surprised thing is they have Lets Relax Massage inside , you may enjoy the hotel facility even it's raining , price is same as town branches of Lets Relax

We didn’t expect the hotel to have two separate buildings for the lobby and guest rooms, which was quite inconvenient, especially with stairs involved and during the rainy season. We booked two rooms, but one of them had an overpowering lemongrass scent, we thought it was temporary, but no! The WiFi was down on the first night, and we also faced issues with the shower temperature—although it was fixed the next day, the overall experience was still somewhat disappointing. The room itself was nice, but mosquitoes appeared whenever we opened the balcony. Breakfast was average with limited options. We also didn’t appreciate being pressured by the service crew to leave a review and take a photo as proof, even though they offered an extra dessert.

Excellent hotel, in a nice location which is not too busy! Perfect for a getaway.

Veranda is such a nice hidden Jam 💖 If you like a quite and serene environment then this is a place you are looking for. Family friendly too. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant offers variety of options. The service is a bit slow though especially room service. Overall they quite helpful and assist you with all you need.

However, I recommend renting a car if you plan to stay. Service: 9.5/10 – Smiles are everywhere in the hotel, which is the most important aspect. All staff are very helpful and proactive, especially when traveling with a 4-year-old. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Mira and Ms. Am in the kids’ zone; they helped take care of our son during the kid activities, allowing us some much-needed "me time." Room: 9.5/10 – The room is very spacious for two adults and one child, and the sea view is excellent for enjoying the sunset. Environment: 8/10 – The lobby features a stunning sea view, which surprised us upon check-in. A location good for some peaceful time, but also near city down town.
