Requested to decorate the room as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel did a beautiful decoration! Complimentary snacks for us as well. Room is big and bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the stay.

Had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. Friendly staff and location was perfect, near to the beach and eateries. Pharmacy n 7 eleven is also very nearby.

We had a great stayed at your hotel and would like to thank to all crew members from Novotel Vintage, everything is perfect, love the cooling lobby, everyone is wearing a smile to welcome us, we feel so warm just like back home. Front desk lady named Front is really helpful, lady at lounge named Palm made me nice Margarita too, I really appreciate the house keeping who arranged the day bed for my kid, and I'm so thrilled with the birthday decoration and lovely cake,,it truly made my day after my whole day island hopping, many thanks to all of u, we will definitely be back again for our next trip. Thanks and see u soon!

Had a really good time in Phuket with my wife and parents. The Novotel was a good choice - great gym, lovely pool, super central location and an excellent breakfast. The service was very helpful too. I'd recommend this hotel to others 👍

I came back to this hotel for the second time.
The only downside is that there's a bit of a walk to the room, but other than that, it's a great hotel.
No deposit is required, which is another plus.
The pool is very big—it's a nice spot to relax.
The gym is disappointing, and the hotel restaurant is decent.
Cleanliness and service are excellent.
The location is great—you can walk to the Patong area, and there's a 7/11 right next to the hotel.

disappointing room and bathroom old and worn out, smell of sewage. table was not cleaned properly with ants. room scent was bad. room requires refurbishment.
