I had a fantastic stay at Maiiam Guesthouse in Patong. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay – from check-in to check-out.

The owner was very welcoming and kind, which made the check-in experience nice. The room itself was okay, though a bit old, and the bed was a little noisy. There’s a large balcony with chairs and a table, but unfortunately no real view since it’s blocked by the building next door.
The biggest issue was the water, It had a very strong odor, and every time we opened the bathroom door the smell spread into the room, which was unpleasant. On the positive side, the guesthouse is close to the beach, so the location is convenient.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but considering the water issue and the condition of the room, I think you can probably find a better place for the same price nearby.

房間感覺太棒了，新裝修的，還有露天陽台，雖然沒有電梯，會有人幫忙提行李，房間裡衣櫃床都是質量很好的那種，空間也很大，我們兩個人住的，再多兩個人也住的下，有三張床，極力推薦
