I couldn’t be happier with my choice on staying at Coconut Village. It was so central to everything I needed. Walking distance to the beach, Jungceylon shopping mall, all the best food markets and clothing markets and massage salons. The Resort has a a nice pool and bar great for relaxing. Daily buffet breakfast from hot foods to fresh fruits, yoghurts and salads. There is a 7 Eleven store and ATM and money exchange directly at the front of the resort. Staff were incredibly polite, kind and welcoming. They were so kind as to extend my checkout until 3pm due to my travel arrangements which I am so grateful for and helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

1st step on Phuket . Good experience. Convenient to anywhere especially beside resort have 7-11. Easy to buy snacks n various type of drinks 👍

The hotel is incredible. I stay here for 3 nights. Staff was very helpful to send my luggage to the room & also explain every details about the room. I choose a superior pool view & got a room on ground floor which is easy access to the pool. The breakfast have western, asian dishes, they change the main menu every day.

Service was good. The resort and environment were quite pleasant but we found the cockroach in our room even tho they do the housekeeping every morning. I think it’s because of the bushes outside of the hotel room near our balcony. Overall is okay.

Everything is fine, but it's time to update the rooms. There is mold in the bathroom. Terrible shampoo and shower gel (better to bring your own).
