Good location. Breakfast was not worth it and the pool need cleaning since it must have been years since last time. No umbrellas or sunshades at the rooftop. Also no available seats for breakfast

The service guys works well. Very good position at the Patong beach. It was only 800m away from the Patong beach.

A tired old hotel that needs renovation. But that's not the main drawback. The main drawback is that the hotel overbooks and often sends guests to another hotel with the same name, which is located much further away and looks like a dump. In the photo is that same hotel. And only after a scandal does it return to the hotel that was booked. In the 10 days that I lived in this hotel, I saw this picture 3 times. I do not advise anyone to deal with them
P.S. in all booking systems and on Google maps the hotel has a rating of 2 out of 10, and here it is 3.6 out of 5. Don't fall for it.

The check-in process took two hours, leaving us waiting at reception. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired, and the window in the room... it's better not to open it because people could get in.
The noise is extremely annoying, from workers at 7:00 am.
And it looks quite old.
