Although the room is small, it has everything, including a refrigerator and a safe, which is very convenient. The hotel is close to Karon Beach and is relatively quiet at night, but I feel that foreigners like to party. Hahaha, it depends on your luck. There are some small ants on the first floor, which is really in harmony with nature.

Previously we were in this hotel it was called Baan Chaylay in 2023, now the owner has changed and it has become much better. The price per day is 6,000 rubles. We were in February. The pool is cleaned daily, the cleaning is excellent, towels are changed daily, bed linen every 5 days. The water is always hot, 2 bottles of drinking water, motorbike rental from 300 baht per day (deposit 5000 baht), private parking. The air conditioner worked perfectly, TV, kettle, hair dryer, safe - all this is standard. There is not enough closed closet and hangers. The hotel is quiet, if at night and they swim in the pool, then you can not hear. We were in the building with the pool, all the windows to the pool, there are balconies, clothes dryers before that in the family (building in 3 floors) Differences extra sofa, larger refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes (kitchen in general). Self-service laundry 50 baht for 1 wash (accommodates 15 kilograms, accepts old 10 baht coins). Beach towels at the reception, took in the morning, signed and returned in the evening. It's no more than 5 minutes walk to the central street, 10 minutes to the sea. While you're walking, you can eat in Russian cafes. There is NO food in this hotel!!! We didn't need it, because there is food everywhere here). Basically, you come to the hotel to wash and sleep.. Quiet and calm ☺️ This year, after the change of ownership, we liked it more!

We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was provided: a comfortable bed, fresh clean bed linen, lots of pillows on the bed, a kettle and a microwave. Unfortunately, there were no slippers. Dry cleaning was done daily, but the floor was not washed, and the foot towel was changed only on request. The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions! Every day we were given two bags of coffee and three bottles of water for free. For a bottle of water over the norm, we had to pay 10 baht. They always gave any number of beach towels without any problems, under a record, when you return them back, you sign for the return again. The guys never rushed, you could take towels for at least a day, the main thing is to return them. There was also a hair dryer in the room, which is extremely inconvenient to use, it is not screwed anywhere, and each time you had to hold the whole device with your hands or clamp it between your knees to dry your hair properly. When using the hair dryer, it overheated and turned off, you had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool down. This is not critical, just very inconvenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we never used it, we always went to the beach. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a 24-hour 7/11 nearby, where you can buy everything you need. The hotel itself is located a little away from the main busy street, so it was always quiet and calm under our windows. I definitely recommend this hotel for your trip. The price-quality ratio is excellent! We will definitely come back here again.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and actively serves us. The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, including a microwave, refrigerator and tableware. The daily housekeeping service is very meticulous. The location is very convenient for traveling, close to the beach, and there is a 711 next to it. Restaurant, massage. The temple night market is just a few steps away. It is also very quiet at night. The stay experience is superb!
