When we arrived, the reception desk was empty, and not a single person showed up there the whole day. You can supposedly register online using a QR code, but this function didn't work for us via phone. Accordingly, we couldn't write to support either. The only service that helped with the booking was trip.com. They tried for a long time to contact support and register us, and in the end they sent us a code that didn't fit the box with the key.
As for the cleaning in the room, it was dirty from the start, and during our 5-day stay they cleaned it once, without changing the linen or changing the towels!
