No lift, my room at 5th floor. Everything was good in the room, except the bed sheet. The bed sheet was mouldy and stain, is really disgusting. And a little smelly when I get in to the room, it smell like no one live for awhile. I told to the customer service but no one respond.

Rooms are big, quiet and clean also with balcon, People are really nice and helpful.
Location ist very good, lots of Restaurants, near to beach and also express laundry place.

Perfect stay for budget travellers, bed is big, overall cleanliness is good
Location is strategic too, only few mins walk to patong beach
The hotel owner is friendly and nice. This hotel has no lift but the owner helped me to carry my baggage
There is cute cats at the hotel but I didn’t visit them due to insufficient time
