I read the reviews and was horrified because I had already booked this hotel. In the end, there was nothing terrible. Cleaning every day, bed linen was changed every other day, two bottles of water every day. I took it without breakfast, so I can’t say anything about them. The territory is very nice, there is a good deep pool with a jacuzzi, a children's paddling pool, many sun loungers and a bar with a kitchen. The location was convenient for me, 15 minutes to the beach, and there are a lot of shops along the road. Yes, the road is not the most convenient, if you are with children then definitely, you walk for 5 minutes along the roadway. But then you walk for 10 minutes through markets, cafes, fruit stalls, everything is convenient. The beach is good, located at the end of Karon. On the Kata side there are also a lot of cafes and restaurants. Well, it's about 5 minutes by bike to the kata. There were no "set-ups" from the hotel, everyone was very friendly, they opened a beer for me at night, because I couldn't do it:) In short, have a good rest, don't worry and get ready to rest, and not check the dust under the bed

The room floor has a lot of dust and is not very clean. The blanket cover had red blood stains in spots. The bed is a little hard. Breakfast price is separate from room price. For the trip to stay here, it was considered a very pleasant surprise. I didn't think I'd find a room that wasn't as good as this. There was a swimming pool, good at level 1.

Don’t stay here. The hotel is too remote. It’s far from the coastline and there are no facilities around it. The hotel room was too bad. Most importantly, it was too gloomy. The Thai guy who led us in was very disdainful to us. It was too gloomy. The balconies are connected to the next door. You can come directly there. There are no precautions. We kept our valuables on us and didn't dare to leave them. hotel

We stayed at this hotel from February 3 to 14 through the tour operator Pegas Turistik. Upon check-in, we were charged a $100 deposit, which was returned upon check-out. Rooms 5 We had a room on the first floor in a building away from the pool. The room had free Wi-Fi (as well as throughout the hotel), a TV (about 10 channels in different languages, including one channel in Russian - Channel Russia), a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a safe, two beds, and a balcony. Service 5 During our stay, we had two problems that were immediately fixed. First, the toilet clogged up, and the second time, the handle of the flush tank broke. 5-10 minutes after reporting the problem to the reception, workers came to us and fixed everything. Every day they cleaned the rooms, changed the bed linen, brought towels and two bottles of water. Price/quality 5 The price fully corresponds to the quality. We chose the most budget option, and it completely satisfied us. Cleanliness 4 The hotel grounds and rooms are clean. There were some minor issues in the rooms, such as yellow stains on the wall and in some places on the linen. The towels were a bit worn. But for us, these are minor things. If you need perfect cleanliness, look for 4 or 5 star hotels. Location 4 To get to the sea (13 minutes on foot), you need to walk along the roadway and go around the cars parked on the side of the road. This is not safe. Therefore, if you are with children, choose hotels on the first line. The first 3 days it was a bit annoying, because the traffic is very dense. But then we got used to it. Sleep quality 4 The mattress is comfortable - not soft and not very hard. But the pillows are high and very hard. They will not suit everyone. Food 4 Our package only included breakfast - a buffet daily from 7 to 10 am. Taking out food was strictly prohibited (fine 500 baht). But if you do it unnoticed, no one will know. If one of the vacationers is sick, you can ask for a lunch box and take him some food. The variety of food is small, so after 3-4 days you get tired of it. Noodles or Thai meat, omelet, fried eggs, sausages, ham, salad, broccoli, corn, carrots, peas, watermelon, tomatoes, white and brown bread toasts, tea, coffee, orange and pineapple juices, cherry and lemon jams, ketchups and sauces. But nearby you can find a lot of delicious restaurants - Thai, Russian, Japanese cuisine. Overall, the hotel is very decent. I think I will come back again, so I recommend it!

I strongly advise against this hotel, especially for tourists from the Russian Federation. Why? Read below 1. Location. Terrible, you go out directly onto a busy road with no sidewalks at all, and cars parked along the edges. It is really unsafe to move around, especially with children. The beach is a 15-20 minute walk away in the heat. There is no shuttle to the beach, or it is paid. 2. Room. Old rooms that smell terribly of mold. It is hard to breathe when the air conditioner is on, apparently it has never been cleaned. You breathe in mold pores, I developed a cough! The shower and toilet are a separate song - the door opens halfway, it is swollen from the dampness, water from the shower floods everything around! The bed linen was changed twice - they just turn over a new pillowcase and sheet. The towels are 300 years old, torn and all stink of mold! 3. Breakfast. The choice is limited and the same - boiled eggs, omelette, fried eggs - after a week you want to crow! Of the fruits, only watermelon, always! Of the meat - sausages and boiled ham, some soy, absolutely tasteless! The coffee is terrible! And the owner and his entire relatives (they all work there - brother, wife, children) are watching you closely. They look right into your mouth how much you ate and whether you took anything with you! What to take there? Very unpleasant. 4. Well, and most importantly, why I do not recommend this hotel to tourists from the Russian Federation! The attitude towards Russians is disrespectful, they show with their whole appearance that you are not welcome here, they do not say hello, they do not smile! At first I thought that it was the owners who were like that, but no ... they smile at foreigners, run after them on their heels, sit down at tables and talk nicely! And the most interesting thing is that at breakfast the owner himself goes and puts fried bacon and a plate of other fruits on the table where EXACTLY foreigners are sitting. In all likelihood, foreigners are placed in a newer building, and Russians in the old one. You feel like a second-rate tourist! There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, we met guys from Kemerovo, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk ... that is, the lion's share of the hotel owners' profits come from tourists from the Russian Federation and they behave so disrespectfully towards us! I categorically do not recommend this hotel and I urge all our tourists to boycott this hotel, to show what Russian pride is, so that they do not spit in a well ... Personally, I will never set foot here again, not only are the conditions like a pigsty, but the attitude is the same! In this hotel I realized that Thailand is NOT a country of smiles!
