The hotel looks good, but unfortunately we’ve got many problems here with water (it was brown), with the balcony and with bugs (termites) even in the bed. I really hope that they gonna fix it

Really enjoyed my stay here! Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Really comfortable. Hotel has 3 pools, an excellent restaurant, and overall great vibe. The views from the balcony are spectacular.
The only small minus is the location, which requires a bit of walking to the beach and to restaurants around. But still, doable. Luckily the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach and back every couple hours.
Overall very recommended!

Cheap, furniture was old. Wifi and hot water didn't work. I really liked that it had 3 types of pools. Quiet and comfortable. Not a great location, far from everything.

The hotel is nice and has 3 nice pools, one big and two on the roof of different buildings.. the rooms are spacious and nice but I didn’t like the smell of the building

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I had a few issues. The air conditioning unit was very dusty, which triggered my allergies and made it quite uncomfortable. In fact, I had to clean the air filter myself to make it more bearable. Additionally, the hot water was unreliable—it only worked for a few seconds before turning cold again. This was disappointing, as it made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We booked a week ago and everything was perfect, the rooms was tidy and clean and it had a nice view. The price was affordable and the staff was helpful. The only issue is that the hotel is far from everything in phuket. Kamala beach in general is so far from everything and you have to pay alot to get to everywhere. Although there was a free shuttle every couple hours from and into kamala beach. I would definitely book again
