Staff are friendly and helpful. But there isn’t a policy for quiet hours. On my 3rd day, there were people moving into one of the rooms above/next to me, they were up partying all night and I barely got any sleep/rest. I was very tired the next day.

It is ok resort, with a small pool but clean & also with washing machine & dryer at a cost.. Good receptionist, but during breakfast, they help the kitchen.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were very clean and good selection of films on the television to watch and nice view from the balcony. What made it even more great was how nice, kind, caring and helpful the staff were, every single one, you can tell they really do want their guests to have the best stay here. Food at their restaurant was delicious and their laundry and scooter service is at a very good price. I will be coming back here if i ever stay in chalong again and i’ve recommended this place to my friends and family. Thankyou so much 👍🏽🥰

The hygiene is very poor. The Chinese boss is a Chinese boss. I stayed in Thailand for 30 days. The service and hygiene of this hotel are very poor. The breakfast is expensive and dirty. We were accommodated in the main building overlooking the roadway. It's very noisy, it's impossible to sleep. The toilet paper is inconveniently located in the room (above the sink, not next to the toilet) and hand gel and shampoo are poured into a stationary block next to the shower. To wash your hands you need to go to the shower. No tea, coffee. The balcony is dirty, they didn’t even go out, although there is a chair there. The only pleasant thing is the staff at the reception. Important point: the actual meeting is at 16:00, and not at 14:00 as indicated in the room description
