My experience was far from satisfactory. The cleaning service was particularly disappointing. Upon checking into my room, after hours of waiting at the reception after the supposed suitable check in time, I noticed that the pedestals had noticeable stains, which remained even after the staff came to make up the room. This was not the level of cleanliness I expected.
Additionally, the shower glass was covered in water stains, and the taps were equally neglected. It was clear that these areas had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the garbage had not been cleared, contributing to an overall sense of neglect regarding room maintenance.
Requesting amenities also turned into a frustrating ordeal. I had to wait over three hours, only to be informed that no irons were available. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a hotel that is rated 5+.
Furthermore, the pocket concierge feature was not helpful at all. Messages were often not responded to in a timely manner, leaving me feeling unsupported during my stay.
