Great hotel, with nothing wrong with it. Beach across the street, swimming pool, air conditioning and spacious room. Rooms no longer have a sea view. Good tasty breakfast options, semi open breakfast restaurant. Friendly staff. Great price for one nice location in Karon Beach.

Good afternoon dear friends! In Thailand, this is not the first time I have a rest, specifically on Karon Beach I stop for the third time. After all the events in recent years, I was looking forward to when flights would be resumed. She flew regular flights of Aeroflot from Novosibirsk. Everything was on schedule and there and back, which is very pleased. Biblioglobus tour operator (small digression, do not take any excursions from this Tour Operator !!!!). From Phuket Airport to the hotel, the transfer took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Now for the last one. The Golden Sand Inn was my choice. I know what Asia is, I love it very much, so many moments were not critical for me. The hotel, let's say, with history 😊, is not new. But, it has a lot of advantages: 1. Close proximity to the sea, right across the road and you are already walking along the creaky sand 😍. 2. Sufficiently large green area, which is now rare for hotels with 2-3 stars. 3. There is a swimming pool, both for adults and for children, clean. But I didn’t swim in it (there is a sea🌊). 4. Near the hotel, everything is within walking distance, a currency exchange office (with a very good exchange rate) right next to the restaurant, 7/11, a lake, etc. 5. The hotel consists of the main building and one-story bungalows for two rooms. I lived in a bungalow (affectionately calling it "hut" 😂). The room is small, updated and clean. There is no life. There is a refrigerator, kettle, TV, glasses, hair dryer, clothes dryer outside. Two bottles of water are left every day. Add as needed gels, shampoos, soaps. There is no safe in the room 👆! On a small terrace in front of the entrance there is a table and two chairs. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, but not super powerful. Because around the trees, then the room did not heat up much during the day. There are blue beach towels. For the body, one white per person. 6. Breakfast from 7-00 to 11-00. Menu. Everything is the same, but fresh and tasty: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, chatterers, fried eggs, oatmeal porridge, pancakes, ham and omelet roll, soup and noodles, also a fruit plate (mango, watermelon, pineapple, papaya). In general access: tea, coffee, milk, yuppie juices, two types of yogurt, muesli, bread on toast, jams, butter and croissants. The restaurant also offers an à la carte lunch and dinner menu. Prices are affordable, food is delicious. 7. There is a small massage parlor on site, you can make an appointment in advance for the right time. It's great to have a massage in the evening and immediately go to the room on the side. Prices are the same everywhere. 8. When you return from the beach, there is a shower at the entrance to the territory in order to wash off the sand. Now a little about the cons: 1. The audibility of the road is very strong. 2. The number of rooms, of course, is old. 3. Bed linen is clean, but already stitched or torn in places. 4. Maybe there are more little things, but I didn’t get hung up on them when there is such beauty around 😁. In general, think positively, relax, enjoy the sea, the sun, fruits, seafood and enjoy every minute!

Small hotel located in front of the beach, simple but comfortable. And above all an incredible breakfast when you pay 20€ for a room for two with breakfasts!!!! It is a few steps from the karon market, small pleasant restaurants and shops where only tourists were missing!

Отличный отель по соотношению цена - качество. Простенький, но чистый и ухоженный. Для не привередливых туристов. Номера маленькие, но все самое необходимое есть, уборка ежедневная, приветливый персонал. Очень зеленая, ухоженная территория. Завтрак частично по меню, частично шведский стол. Еды хватало, все было вкусное. Отдельный большой плюс - это расположение отеля. Пляж Карон через дорогу, идти минуты 3-4. Рядом магазины, обменники, аптеки, уличная еда, фруктовые лавки, кафешки, сувенирные лавки и тд. Неподалеку храм, на территории которого 2 раза в неделю проходит ночной рынок. В целом вернулись бы сюда ещё раз) 🙏🏻

Плюсы: отличный чистый бассейн (работает с рассвета и до 22 вечера), прекрасная зелёная аутентичная территория с кучей растений. Хороший вайфай, приветливый персонал, чаевые не выпрашивают. Море через дорогу! Завтраки вкусные: яйца в любом виде, фрукты, немного овощей, тосты, круасаны, джем, каша, кофе и чай, сосиски, ветчина, лапша с говядиной, суп со свининой, йогурты и другое, каждый день ещё меняется одно блюдо из мяса с рисом: курица, рыба, свинина. Каждый день уборка номеров, выдают полотенца для пляжа. Важный плюс - не воруют. Близко к кафе, ресторанам, сувенирам, такси. Минусы: старые маленькие номера, плохое освещение, во время уборки запускают кучу комаров. Под конец отдыха потекли холодильник и кондей, но это быстро исправили. В целом для непривередливых: привыкнете к немного мрачному старому номеру очень быстро. В общем минус только один - требуется косметический ремонт номеров. Отель советую! Отличный бюджетный вариант!
