January 2025 My partner & I were luckily enough to discover PC randomly by chance online and what a find it was, a real gem, the memories treasured in our hearts forever ❤️ We booked 3 weeks and can not wait to return in December 2025. As I said this was our first stay and I am going to struggle to put into words how mind blowingly amazing our whole experience was. What PC offers is absolutely and undeniable unique. We totally fell in love with everyone we had the pleasure to meet, staff & cleansers. Our room was rustic, perfect for us, lots of space, house keeping came in everyday. I have a serious back condition and “Stanton” our now dear friend (one of the owners) ensured my mattress was suitable and comfy for our long stay as promises if it wasn’t comfortable and supportive he would find a mattress that was. House keeping laundered our clothes daily, after 3 weeks nothing missing and no issues, only positive praise. Always plenty of clean towels on room and around pool. The food was outstanding, fantastic chefs, kitchen and waiting staff serving us 3 healthy, balanced meals a day, stunning presentation, literally a tastetastic work of art, totally delicious and so much choice. At weekends I opted to follow the juice plan, I never felt hungry. The broth was warming and filling. We also had herbal teas, made to order fresh delicious smoothies and whole coconut to drink and keep hydrated. Included in the programme was 3 fabulous massages a week, such wonderful lovely massage ladies (I want to be adopted by Pom her heart is so big). The knowledgable, high level fitness team are just superb, what a fantastic, talented gang. So much respect for them✊ Adam- king of yoga and a deep understanding of anatomy, you’ll feel his commitment and his desire to help you on your journey to reaching your fitness goals. Darius-Trauma therapy, breathwork & Ice-bath coach, a gentle soul with a huge heart, he will support and guide to release what no longer serves you, allowing you to embrace a more authentic self and peaceful future. Greg- beach breathwork/silent disco- “Total Rock Dj” he’ll raise your vibe and get you seeing all the colours life has to offer, connecting with your inner child and all the wonders the natural world has to offer. Josh and his special gift for his fire cacao ceremony. You’ll be lost in the vibration of his gong bath & sound baths. We were so grateful to share the experience of 2 beautiful ceremonies. He also takes the art sessions and before you know it you’re creating master pieces of your very own. Phuket Cleanse is a special paradise that will change your life. Melanie and Stanton are the brilliant creators who are also delightful hands on hosts, making sure you have everything you need to rejuvenate, relax and reset. Every detail of this experience has been thoughtfully and artfully curated from the amazing recipes, state of the art facilities, to the epic activities guided by a caring and attentive staff of experts. My favorite part is that they’ve designed it to feel like you’re coming home and that’s exactly how it felt, with most guests returning for multiple visits. I especially loved the breath work classes, the massages, the quantum jumping beach walks and ocean swims led by Mel, the herbal steam room and infrared sauna, the ice bath, the boat ride to Coral Island, the yoga, Big Buddha hike, the awesome guests from around the world who I got to know better at the community meals, Fundi and Tor, and the cute cats roaming the property—especially my buddy Slabby. In short: Phuket Cleanse is absolutely fantastic and you should definitely book your trip immediately. I miss it already and I can’t wait to go back.

I came to Phuket Cleanse because of the rave reviews, and I’ll be returning for the incredibly life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for — like part of a family. The love and dedication of Melanie and Stanton are evident in everything they do, making each guest’s experience truly personal and fulfilling. I arrived depleted, needing a reset for my mind, body, and soul, and Phuket Cleanse delivered in every way. The food is not only healthy and nutritious but shared with guests from all over the world, all striving to be the best versions of themselves. The trainers, wellness experts, and staff, from housekeeping to the kitchen, all contributed to bringing out the highest version of me. The experience was mind-blowing — from the breathwork that expanded my consciousness to the physical challenges and healing therapies, everything worked together to restore and rejuvenate me. I came solo but left with deep, meaningful relationships. This place is so much more than a wellness retreat; it’s a transformative journey for the mind, body, and soul. I have been going to PC for the last 3 years in a row .. I have lost over 44 pounds and kept the weight off with the lifestyle changes that we changed and reinforced during each trip.. Led by Stanton & Melanie, Athis duo assisted me by focusing on different aspects of my life .. I now exercise daily and eat smarter .. The entire PC experience was outstanding ! And I will be back !
