Dirty, old place, and lousy service. Unflushable toilet, stained towel, unstable bed, flat pillow, itchy bedsheet.
Noisy and hot aircon. Bonus: I bet you cannot find the place the moment you get off the taxi. Refer to my pictures for the real photos, do not trust the advertisement photos.

Very supportive owner, their room is very big and comfortable with a balcony.
It’s few minutes away from the beach via taxi
My flight was at 10pm, the only meet kindly allowed me a late check out. Their food was also very delicious too
There is also a super friendly cat you can play with.

Very good rooms, good location, good price and above all very good people. The owner and her husband very good people, good helpful nature, all amenities within walking distance from the hotel, I would definitely book the same hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended.

The Nanai Road area of Patong has its own character and thus hotel is located at the halfway point. Could argue that this area is too far from the beach, but shortcuts are possible. Arrived fairly late due to delayed aircraft (after 9pm) but reception still open and check in process was fast. The room itself has plenty of space, a small balcony, strong aircon, and hot water. Solid wood furnishings, a safe, kettle, refrigerator. Small clean looking pool at ground level that no one seemed to use. Booked double bed room for four nights over 2022/23 new year period for just $95. Actually pretty good value I would say
