Sino House Patong ( not to be confused or might not be related to Sino House in Phuket Town which we have stayed before and could be priced higher for its better look more like a hotel) looks more like a conserved inn with 3 levels of guesthouse rooms ;
our room was homely decorated ( could see effort taken to beautify the room). No lift? No problem because you could get help for bringing luggage upstairs.
Take the 40 baht public transport (see last photo - blue, long "song thiew" between Phuket Town and Patong.

She even carry our luggage when check in and check out.

everything is amazing, hospitable and welcoming hosts. the cat in front of the hotel entrance is just something :) I liked everything, I highly recommend it. there is a 24-hour bar nearby, if you get bored, go downstairs and you won't regret it. you will remember the bar owner forever!

A good place to stay in Patong (if you need to). Located in a quiet lane, but steps away from the main road. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room is nice and cozy, though the aircon placement is not the best. There's a kettle, a safe box, a hair dryer in the room.

If you are Solo traveler then this hotel is best choice for family it is not actually recommend, but if you have budget issues then it is okay.

The location is really good, closes to everything, and 7-11 is right across the street. The Patong beach is only just a few blocks away. The hostess is really nice and welcoming.
