Horrible stay. The room smells and the reception didn’t want to offer additional key so I could keep air con on to get rid of the smell.
It was not until the cleaner offered the additional key. Also there’s renovation next to the room and very noisy during the day.
I didn’t know it’s so bad until I checked ins the room was away from the main building. Pool water is dirty. I wouldn’t return to this hotel again. I cut my stay short and move to another hotel. The promotion of this hotel on trip.com is a trap.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a clean and big room . Very spacious . Front desk staffs were friendly , however they don’t speak very good English , but they are all very patience . Breakfast was good , not very crowded . Dinner was great ! Very delicious Thai food . Pool was good too . Recommend those who travel with cars , because the location is abit out of town . Overall , it was a great stay .

As a 5 star hotel, it seems like the hotel does not have enough staff to welcoming the guests. The housekeeper forgot to close the door room tightly after cleaning, luckily no one went inside the room. There is also a bug on the bed.

Good price quality hotel.
Very good buffet breakfast.
The rooms are clean.
The pool and restaurant is cool.
It is near to port for take ferry to phi phi.
