The fact that I don’t need to go to the lobby when. I extend my stay they automatically activate your card that’s a big yes ang they have many more to offer the pool view was fantastic ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a fantastic stay at 7Q Patong Beach Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The rooftop infinity pool was definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. While some areas could use slight updates, the overall experience was excellent, especially for the price.
If you’re looking for a well-located, budget-friendly hotel with great amenities, 7Q Patong Beach Hotel is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel had bed bugs would not recommend staying there also they wouldn’t give a refund just wanted to change the room

Swimming pool and a good rooftop sitting area with a view, is the main attraction of this place.
Rooms are clean in general but beds need to be better and clean regularly.
Staff speaks broken English and it's difficult to request for stuff.
Location and price wise it's a good deal.

Stayed in a Superior Twin Room at 7Q Patong.
The location was on point. Easy walking distance to the heart of Patong.
The hotel itself seemed a bit lacking.
The reception only offers help between 11am and 5pm (if I remember correctly). This was really unhelpful when we wanted beach towels, etc.
The house keeping staff did a really good job every time. I really appreciate how well they did up the room every time.
The rooftop pool was a treat. Loved the views overlooking Patong Beach from there.

Good location just out of the craziness and busy in Patong.
Lots of restaurants/shops nearby and not far to walk to Patong Beach.
Good size room, bed was uncomfortable, stains on one side of sheets, rip in Doona, reported to front desk, sheet didn’t get changed but just slept on other side of bed, not a major issue for me and staff were very lovely.
Building noise next door a little loud and wasn’t aware of this prior to stay.
Good rooftop pool and there is breakfast but that wasn’t included with my room as I don’t eat breakfast.
Overall, it was good and all went well on my stay.
