We stayed for 2 days in this hotel in the first week of Feb-2025, just after Chinese new year holiday. First I booked a standard double room, then a deluxe double room separately. The deluxe double room (476 CNY) is better as compared to the standard double room (426 CNY). Standard rooms are definitely not worth booking for that price.
However, the hotel owner is a very nice person to chat with us.

Casa Jip is on a small soi just off the main street but close to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd., OTOP and Patong Beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. The room was large and everything worked well. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom had all the needed facilities. I only stayed one night, but I had a good sleep. Would recommend to people seeking a value for money hotel/guesthouse in the centre of Patong.

Great stay at Casa Jip, it was a 10 minute walk to Bangla road but far enough away that there was no noise issues, the owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful with recommending and sorting out some scooters for us to rent.

Short distance to eatries.. to walking street.. to central shopping centre.. lots of shops for minor shopping.. lots of massage parlours.. thumbs up..
Bed is nice.. no extra pillow.. water pressure is good.. no toothbrush n toothpaste were given..
