This was a pretty enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even receiving and holding to a package for me while I transitioned to another part of the island. Location was a bit far away from the beach for my own personal preference. The room was clean, but the outlets for charging were really odd and it was hard to find convenient places to charge devices and use electricity. Overall, decent value for the price when staying around kata if you don't mind a 20 minute walk to the beach!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel, overall it is good, but there are some downsides, we would not choose this hotel for the third time. The hotel staff are not very friendly, they understand English poorly. The towels were normal for the first two days, but then they gave us old and holey ones, for two people they gave us only one foot towel and two regular towels. The room is large, but shabby, old furniture and a broken shower door. Very strong audibility, the biggest inconvenience of the room is 1 socket near the TV at the other end of the room, we had to ask for an extension cord, otherwise we could not charge our phones. The bed linen is clearly not the first freshness, worn on the sides. A big plus of the hotel is its location, it is located in a quiet and green place, there are a lot of cafes, coffee shops and bike rental services nearby, also 2-3 minutes of leisurely walk 3 7/11, across the road there is a large grocery macro, also from the hotel there are regular shuttles to the beach and it is possible to take beach towels.

My family and I stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. Good location, despite being close to a very busy road, the place is very pleasant, the environment is not affected by vehicle traffic just a few meters from the hotel. Many conveniences close to the hotel such as restaurants, a large supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy, motorbike rental and even a hairdresser. The beach is around a fifteen minute walk away. I didn't use the service, but the hotel has a shuttle to the beach at two times in the morning, I believe it's free. The breakfast is very satisfactory. Due to the arrival time of my flight, I needed to check in at the hotel close to midnight, and we were well looked after. In fact, everyone who works at the hotel was very attentive and kind. The only detail that I can point out as negative is that the toilet seat in our room was damaged and that the shower could be a little better. In short, we were satisfied.

Lovely quiet hotel in the back streets of Kata A perfect location on a quiet road but only meters away from restaurants & bars The beach is maybe a 20 minute walk away , although the hotel does provide a free morning bus service Rooms are cleaned daily & breakfast is good Very friendly & helpful staff .. will definitely return if we come back to Kata beach 😊

Great resort for the value, amazing staff, and very great proximity to everything in town. Be careful, renting a scooter unless you have an experience for sure! The food is so incredible in this town. You have to check it out.

Have been here for 3 nights.... Got here late on the first day, and we were upgraded to a poolside bungalow! The only reason 4 stars, was the shower... It was OK, but if upgraded from an electric shower to a proper powerful shower, would have been 5 stars. Large and spacious, with fridge, large TV, sofa and huge bed, nicely decorated and clean. The pool was lovely! Good location, away from the nightlife, but close enough to food( can recommend the breakfast at Moni across the road, pancakes, waffles and full breakfast of sausage, egg, bacon, toast and fresh pineapple) the smoothies at the hotel not expensive and delicious! About a 10 min walk to the market selling food and goods. Beach about 15 mins walk but a free ride to the beach if u go at 9.30 or 10.30am, no ride back though. Laundrette round the corner too... Very helpful at reception, we did have a problem with locking the door, but sorted promptly by the time we came back from eating.
