We booked two rooms for three people - I got the superior room while my parents stayed in the beach suite. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and any used towels were switched out for clean ones too. Overall, i was impressed by the level of cleanliness. However it is a humble hotel, and there were no elevators so we had to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. We opted to eat out as much as we could so i have nothing to comment on the breakfast. The beach suite had an electrical problem so my parents had to downgrade to a superior room. The manager said the short circuit was due to us switching on both the water heater and the air conditioner. I didnt argue much because i didnt want to ruin my parents holiday vibe, and fairly asked for a refund of the cost difference between the suite and the superior room (4000baht). I was upset by the fact that my parents couldnt wake up to the beach view as i had planned for them, but the manager said he would let us have the room for free the next time we come. Hope he remembers that promise though, haha.

We didnt have breakfast at our hotel so tried a few different spots for breakfast.We had ham and cheese omellete and my husband had the breakfast with bacon.Nice enough,coffee and not real orange juice.For both of us was 370bht so on the more expensive side but just what we needed.It front the main road which is very quiet and the staff were good.Didnt check out the accomodation but its right in the heart of Kamala

Great location near the beach and shops, massage parlour, tailors and super restaurants. Tommy is so helpful and kind and always checking we were happy. Friendly staff with a lovely smile. Restaurant on the beach is so romantic and food was delicious.

We loved this place. Huge room, with great views. We had a great pool access room, and the pool was the perfect temperature. I could not complain. A short walk over the bridge to the main beach. Brekky was lovely. A great restaurant with fantastic lunchtime and evening meals. We spent a lot of time on Kamala beach. The staff on the beach are magnificent and very attentive. Very relaxing to sit and watch the sunsets every night. The weather was perfect! Thank you Jan and staff.

We stayed in the sea view beach apartment for six nights The view was fantastic. A wrap around balcony with 2 chairs and table and 2 sunloungers and there was still plenty of space. The bedroom and seating area inside was an excellent size and the bed extremly comfortable. Bars and restaurants were plenty and within 2 minutes walk but not too noisy at night. The owner and staff were superb and very helpful. If we ever return to Kamala would not stay anywhere else

We have just stayed at Kamala Dreams and I’d like to write this review because it is such a fabulous place. Firstly, it is a family owned hotel and as such it is incredibly friendly and homely. Big Thankyou to Tommy who stayed up to check us in after a very long flight delay! Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was beautiful. Spotlessly clean with good air con and hot shower. Our bed was huge with a soft cotton sheet and light duvet. We had a little kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Water was given to us daily. The room had lovely decor and our patio doors opened out onto the hotel pool which was also spotless. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool and a pretty restaurant attached. The front of Kamala Dreams is on a great little street with plenty of shops and a 7-11. The rear of the hotel leads onto the beach and you are literally in the centre of everything you could want. We had such a relaxing time there and we were very comfortable. Thankyou Kamala Dreams for such a lovely start to our trip!

Family guest house was perfect choice. Direct on beach. Very queitly part of beach, 2 minutes to center of everything. U are very welcome from first moment and family atmpsphere stay for all days u spend there. Thank u for your hospitality, see u next year.
