I stayed at this hotel recently. Upon check-in, I had to leave a 2,000 baht deposit and was given one key card. I requested an additional key card, and they provided it without any issue. There was no welcome drink, but the staff were friendly and helpful. One male staff member even helped carry my bag, which I appreciated. The hotel has a lift, which made things more convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 1 kid per room. When we reached, they said we only booked for 2 adults and need to top up for both kids. When shown the booking on Trip.com, they said the agency that booked with them didn't inform them. Got stuck at the lobby for 30mins. No sincere customer service. To them, no money no talk... Horrible service driven only by dollar sign. In the end, i topped up and Trip.com agreed to cover half of the cost. Luckily, the room is nice with access to the pool. Walking distance to many places. Avoid if you're looking for hotel with sincere service.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Can't say much negatives about the room

Good choice for families / couples
Negatives: midly grumpy staff by the pool bar, not enough sun lungers so may not be able to have space by the pool, housekeeping staff remains at your floor all day meaning they are bity noisy at the corridor

Great Hotel and great location close enough to go to the center and Bangla road without the noise. Great service, nice and clean and good size rooms. Perfect hotel to spend with family and friends. Great pool and lovely pool bar with nice cocktails. Breakfast is basic but ok. Restaurant the food is good with good combination of Thai and European food. Overall great place to be
