THE PLACE WITHOUT A SOUL. TOTALLY BORING. I feel like having a rest in the hospital.
pluses:
-furniture is new
- it is clean everywhere
-good location, just in the hurt of old city
Minuses:
-the window is small
-there is no balcony
-strange design in the room, the Best place to Face depression
-the gym is poor equipted
-the Swimming pools is small and not deep and closes at 8pm
-at reception there were some troubles with checking in, it took an hour to check in
-too many quistions to the designer, sometimes it looks depressing

The room is clean and spacious. All amenities are complete. The parking lot is quite narrow and difficult to park. The staff who take care of the parking lot do not take care of the customers. They just sit and play with their phones.

Perfect location to explore old town.
The building itself is nice looking and many people came to take picture with it.
Theres free parking.
The pool is small but very nice.
The only downside is, their water were not filtered. I brought my own shower filter, and it went black just after 2 days.

I like this hotel because it’s still new, the furniture is aesthetic, clean and beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and most importantly, it’s close to Old Town Phuket which makes it easy to find food.
