I love this place! The staff are very accommodating and are very friendly and helpful. They have arranged and serve our breakfast earlier than their regular schedule to accomodate us as our flight is early and their breakfast starts at 8:30am, so we really appreciate it. The view and ambience is very homey. They have a private beach and we spent most of our time chilling at their beach bar. Very nice place! Perfect for those who love to stay away from the hustle and bustle and for those who prefer a slow and peaceful stay. I love their support for sustainability. Rooms are super spacious and clean. I love our room’s sunbed area as it has a spectacular view of the beach. Would love to come back.

There was no hot water, various mosquitoes bit, it was impossible to sleep, the room was without fresh air, open the window, the mosquitoes were terrible, in short, we left tired

There is nothing nearby except coffee shops, so you must have a car or a taxi to get around. The staff were very friendly, and it's right in front of the sea, so it's a really good place to relax.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left (11 days later), we had an amazing stay. It's quiet and right on the beach and away from much of the usual tourist stuff. The staff here are exceptional -- so helpful and kind and always smiling. The food was terrific as well and the complimentary breakfasts were something to look forward to every morning. We came with two children (one was a baby) and it was good to know that they are so welcoming of families. We highly recommend 'The Cove' and we might even come back here someday if we get the chance!

Perfect place for a relaxed family vacation, away from some of the crazier Phuket areas. Super quiet beach but with great restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the Family villa which was a two level house with two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kitchen. Was super roomy and comfortable. Beds and pillows were super comfy, and it was quiet except for the birds in the morning! Right on the beach is the restaurant/bar associated with the hotel. Breakfast included right on the beach was a perfect way to start our day. Staff was lovely, helpful and attentive as well. Highly recommend!

We live in Phuket but from to time stay in hotels just to change the location and the atmosphere. Two days are normally more than enough for us. The Cove was the first place in Phuket we wanted to extend our stay every day and didn’t want to leave this real paradise place. And we did prolonged. We stayed at the beach front bungalow seeing low and high tides, son spent less time in gadgets, mostly swimming in the sea on Ao Yon beach and drawing on a sand, building castles and observing fauna. Special thanks to the staff and chef of The Cove restaurant. We have tried the best Margarita pizza on the island and the stir fried basil prawns.

We arrived on the 31st of July to spend 3 evenings . When we woke up the beach was absolutely full of garbage and there was a filthy drain pipe delivering dirt into the small beach. They told us that it was a thing of that day so we decide to give it a chance. The hotel and staff was nice. We decided to go on a day tour and when we came back at 5 pm they were collecting the garbage from beach. Next day the beach was exactlythe same but they started to clean early. We decided to skip the last day so we cancelled and they told me that there was a no refund policy. After talking to someone they agreed to refund half of the rate of the room. In 2 weeks time. It’s already been a month and 15 e mails to 3 different accounts and they don’t answer anything . I’ve waited a long time to write this review because the staff was worried and comprehensive about the situation . I talked to people around and this is the actual situation of the beach in regular basis. It’s a shame, but we were so unlucky to loose 2 days out of 10 pretending that was paradise
