Always one the best places in Patong hotel rooms are very comfortable.even though only one person can fit in the gym it’s alright lol

There are too few check-in officers. Normally there should be at least 2 people, which makes check-in slow. And the bedroom can hear the sound of the next room, which is next 2-3 rooms. Breakfast has a few options.

Absolutely one of the worst hotels ever
1. The hotel is on the side of the road. Patong Road is full of cars with deafening music. I fall asleep with these sounds at night
2. The hotel is definitely not newly built in 2022. It is a very old and dilapidated hotel. Is the air conditioner an antique? ? ? The external unit is deafening! ! The remote control of the air conditioner is broken! ! The landline in the room is also broken! The water coming out of the faucet is yellow! Can the balcony plastic chair be broken a little more? ? The room keys are rusted!
3. The service attitude is bad. People don’t care about our Chinese tourists’ opinion at all. The hotel is full every day, and the air conditioner is broken in the middle of the night. The hotel manager is very tricky and you can complain as you please
