Nice resort covering a large area. Staff were friendly and accommodated to my request of having both rooms side by side. Biggest plus is their swimming pool and water slides. Breakfast was good. We went out for Thai food most of the time as location was great and all within walking distances. Be prepared with mosquitoes but manageable.

I really like this resort except the reception didnt tell me about checkout must be before 12pm. I ask the reception can i leave my luggage at the reception come to pick up around 2pm then can i checkout after he sayd ok fine. But at the moment i came to the hotel at 2pm the reception wants me to give them 500 baht fine for it.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent pool and outside area. However, the rooms look a little dated and could do with a revamp. My biggest complaint is checking in and out. The hotel is clearly understaffed and it took 40 mins to check in and half an hour to check out. Please hire more staff.

Good and convenient resort! My problem with stuff at hotel when we wanted extend rooms, they had availability and promised we can stay in same room! They didn’t price match with web, after booking online they said we have to move rooms! In the end it was good decision, but I didn’t like experience with stuff!
It’s not real 5* service and hotel, more like 4*
