It's a good place and relaxing but don't get your expectations too high. It's not a luxury hotel; the ambiance is pretty, but that's about it! The food could be better.

The service of the hotel and the staffs are very well mannered and accommodating but the only problem is no matter the sanitation they do, the bed and room is dusty and is always filled with ants. Room is spacious tho.

Enjoy the hotel with a beach view. I requested a ground-floor room, so we can walk directly to the beach within two minutes. The scenery is beautiful, and all the staff are very friendly. The kids love playing in the kids swimming pool!

My husband and I enjoyed so much during our stay to celebrate our anniversary! There was a warm welcome in our room!
Staff are great! We received their sincere greetings whenever wherever in the hotel. It’s a valuable asset of the Hotel.
Room was tidy and neat. Meals served at Laguna Cafe were good too, especially dinner, it’s with fair prices and good quality. Swimming pool with relaxing palm trees surrounded.

A Wonderful Family Holiday at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket
We recently stayed at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket for a family holiday with friends and had a lovely time overall. While the hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit, which caused a bit of dust and wasn’t mentioned on the website, the reception team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They upgraded our room and moved us further from the construction, which made a huge difference. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely spectacular!
The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the live music at night was such a delightful bonus.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic kids’ club, offering activities like cooking classes and Thai boxing, which kept the little ones entertained. Meanwhile, parents can relax and enjoy the hotel’s incredible spa—it was a win-win for the whole family!
In general, this is a beautiful hotel with plenty of activities to enjoy. You can even feed the fishes, which was a unique and fun experience. Despite the minor inconvenience of the renovations, we highly recommend Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket for families looking for a memorable getaway.
