Breakfast is very good and a solid variety.
Rooms. I had some issues with ants but housekeeping took care of it.
The staff are friendly and kind. The hotel gave a gift card for a kg of fruit for our three-night stay.
Shuttle service is needed as the rooms are a little far from reception but I think people with special needs may experience a challenge getting on and off.
Check-in and check-out weren't bad. It took about ten minutes.
We had a nice room with a great view. I would recommend this accommodation for families and couples.
It's professional and affordable.

This is one the most terrible experiences we had.
The hotel is on the cliff. Every time we go to room, we have to wait for the shuttle bus. It’s very inconvenient.
When we call reception for help, no one answer for long time.
The English level of reception staff is very poor.
The access card is faulty, door cant be opened. We went to reception for help. The staff keeping on telling me that card is ok, and asked me go back to try again and again. Waste of time.
Strictly no visitor is allowed for this hotel.
Pls be aware before booking.
There is no shop, no restaurant nearby.

It's a great hotel close to Patong beach and a short walk to main street. Our ocean view room was close to the road, so could hear a bit of traffic noise in the evening. The Thai style of the hotel was a nice touch...
