Services at the hotel were also excellent. The only dissatisfaction were, one of our rooms booked, the air conditioning unit was broken or not cool enough, issue was never taken care of. The hotel seems to be old, so it can use some major clean-up to make sure that some of the floor or ground rooms are not musty and moldy smells, shower heads, and bathroom rooms can also use a make-over, shower head not working properly. Otherwise, services and hotel views eere awesome!!

Perfect little get away, away from all

We came here during the low season, so it rained a lot during our stay; nonetheless we still had an incredible time in this beautiful seaside resort. The compound is built on the cliffs, so the area is full of steep hills, but the hotel has buggy drivers to take guests around, and it is a lot of fun riding it. There are 3 swimming pools, we swam in them all and loved the experience. The gym was fully equipped and overlooks the water, making for a great workout. There are several restaurants, and we went to the one that served a traditional Thai tasting menu. The room service experience was less stellar, they forgot our order and after waiting 45 minutes, I had to ring and follow up, and they said they were only starting to prepare the food, which took about an hour and half in the end of waiting time. The portions were also small for the price, so we were still hungry after. One thing to note is that it takes about an hour to get to the airport, so time your commute accordingly if you have a flight to catch.

The hotel room are old with poor maintenance, their towels are worn off, the rooms we stayed have broken shower heads, and bathtub tap, we requested to change a new room, and it turned out the other room have broken rains shower head. This is not a 5 stars hotel standard, disappointing.

I have a great experience with this hotel. The staff were friendly,helpful and very kind. The area was so clean, convenient for everyone.There were three big pools,so you have the choice. Rooms so clean and comfortable, specially the beds☺️, the balcony was convenient for coffee breaks. The breakfast was great, so many things to choose from, different kinds of cuisine and the time for breakfast was perfect from 6:30 to 11:00.
The only disappointment was the beach area , cause so many stones and shells in the water. It’s impossible to swim ,but the hotel provides special swim shoes, besides you can enjoy the kayaking.

This was one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed at! The views, services, amenities and food were all outstanding! It is a bit of a drive from Phuket airport, but so worth it. Convenience stores were about a 10min drive away, but the taxis (which wait outside the hotel) were incredibly cheap. The hotel also offered amazing tours and day-trips at affordable prices. Thank you so much to the kind and amazing staff who were always so warm and friendly and even upgraded our room with no hassle! Best place to spend your summer vacation!
