A nice place to stay. Great location. One of the few seafront hotels on Karon beach. Nice pool area. The sunbeds are always available. Breakfasts are good, the area not crowded. Attention!!! The hotel is 18+, so there are lots of elder people, being 44 years, I was one of the youngest guests. So do not expect fun and joy, more of relax type. No gym in the hotel. They provide access to the other hotel's gym, which is not very close.
Liked the place, but not sure I will return.

+ Seafront Resort
+ The breakfast is good.
+ Friendly staff.
NEGATIVE:
- There are not many services.
- If you want a place to sit with deck chairs and umbrella in the pool ... you have to get up at 6:30 am to reserve. Bad... no good !!!

This hotel doenot provide tooth brush and tooth paste
Hotel had s beautiful view to Karon beach,but not recommended for disable or old people ( like us already 80 yrs and my wife 79 yrs old) and who suffer knee painful ,because this Hotel doesnot have a lift.
