此房間價格不便宜，淡季3000左右，旺季5000，房間設施一般，Minibar就這點東西…關鍵是5000多一天的房費Minibar居然不是免費的…無法接受..隨後給的洗漱用品看着就很廉價，連漱口水都沒有…吹風機功率很小一開始還以為是電壓問題，換到另一邊也是很小…我想説普通時間價格都要3000 4000這吹風機都那麼低端嘛…出行都需要叫buggy車很遠，有的時候服務員還聽不懂英語，差不多15分鐘左右，隨後房間的無邊泳池也很小差不多7、8米吧也就，最後就是早餐也不好吃，種類非常少，差不多和國內一家普通五星級酒店下午茶一樣多，有一些主菜單，但是點一份差不多需要等30到40分鐘……不推薦，性價比極低

Overall stay was great. Bfast spread was impressive.
However this was no 5star resort as stated in terms of service and cleanliness.
Towels and room was refreshed daily regardless of whether you asked for it.
They threw away things we wanted to keep eg. my plastic water bottle that i would refill to bring with me daily and also certain things like plastic bags we kept as we would like to reuse them. They did not look like thrash/placed in a way where we wanted them thrown. Pool was alittle dirty when we arrived to the room(but they got it cleaned right away and apologized for it) and also the bathroom door had some strange grime on it. Sometimes the basket for towels were not cleared(seemed to be forgotten) and also had pillows taken away for no reason even though we could request to get them again.
Staff was pretty inconsistent, some were nice and very efficient while some just seemed like they werent trained properly.
Amenities such as the pool and gym was great and so was the surroundings, even though we werent informed there was going to be construction on going on the property itself which was pretty unsightly.
I would rate it as a probably a 4star resort but definitely not a 5 star resort. Not bad at all but not crazy awesome as compare to other 5 stars.
Seaview pool villa was also really nice, we would still consider to come back again.

When it comes to vacationing in Phuket, this hotel is unbeatable! It’s right next to a stunning beach—whether you’re in your room or the public areas, all you see is the sparkling blue sea. Waking up to watch the sunrise here is incredibly soothing.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with high-quality amenities, and it’s super quiet at night for a good sleep. The restaurant serves fresh, juicy seafood, and both Thai and Western dishes are authentic and delicious. The staff are really friendly; they handle any requests quickly, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If you want to enjoy a lazy island holiday, this is definitely the place to pick!

We had a very lovely stay at The Shore. The staff were friendly and attentive, the place was clean and had a beautiful vibe, and the view was stunning. The check-in process was smooth and simple, breakfast was decent, and even the security guard was warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool, which made the stay even more relaxing. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it!

好美的別墅酒店。之前已經住過隔壁的酒店，第二次來住的別墅這邊。這邊風景無限好且安靜，園林式裝修，處處都是美感。

設施：
1. 早餐挺好吃的，景觀很美很出片。
2. 懸浮早餐額外999🐷味道也不錯（酒店的泰餐廳避雷，吃了4000+🐷味道難評，服務和擺盤倒很優秀）
3. 走出酒店有幾家餐廳，儘量點西餐套餐，否則上菜比較慢，也沒有西餐穩定（因為老外遊客佔95%）
衞生：
沒有大家所説的衞生問題，房間、泳池都很乾凈衞生～如果説外面的沙灘椅，本來就需要鋪房間內浴巾，但原本也不臟。
泳池似乎是恆温的。
沒有被蚊子咬，甚至沒遇到蚊子，房間內也沒有其他昆蟲。
環境：很美，非常出片，很休閑
服務：
前台有一位女士態度一般（第一天到達的接待，所以影響了一點心情，服務減了星）剩餘人員都熱情有禮貌。
最值得一題的是所有客房服務餐品酒水24小時供應，真的好適合度假，很必要的一項。
