Modern design with easy digital features. Less paper is used which is an up for the hotel, the checkin is easy. A 711 is a stone away from the hotel, there is a nice cafe adjacent and a luxury mall(central Phuket)not far from the hotel. Close to old Phuket town.

We had a lovely stay at Dara Hotel Phuket as a couple! The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with a cozy atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stunning view from our balcony. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Central Phuket and other key attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy some peace and privacy. The rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind in the evening, and breakfast had a nice variety to start the day. Overall, Dara Hotel offered great value for money and made our couple’s trip memorable. We would definitely stay here again

The design of the hotel is crazy beautiful, there’s a feeling like you live in a Thai temple. The room was big enough and we had an access to the pool that was very convenient, because the beach is a bit far and we didn’t really like it. The breakfast is ok, can’t say much, there was always something to choose from for me, some fruit, 3 kinds of cheese, and some hot Thai dishes. And of course coffee. Things that I didn’t like are the price (it was a price of a 5 start hotel but I knew what I was booking) and the beach. I really don’t understand why Kata beach is so popular and so many people recommended me to go there. There are no beach bars or restaurants and it’s super crowded and everything is overpriced there. But it’s not the problem of the hotel.

overall, it was an average experience—you get what you pay for right. The hotel offers the bare minimum in terms of comfort, but having access to the gym, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry facilities definitely made the stay more manageable. The rooms are cheaply made, and sound insulation is practically nonexistent. Every single noise from the hallway is loud and disruptive, from people talking to doors opening and closing. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and I woke up exhausted every morning. Another thing you’re only allowed two towels, and you have to bring them downstairs yourself to exchange them. The same goes for any other amenities you need; you have to go down to the front desk to request them. The pool area lacks didnt have soap in the bathrooms. They also do not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the cleaning staff was not as accommodating. When I asked for toilet paper, the cleaning lady was visibly irritated and slightly rude, which was surprising, as I had never encountered a Thai service worker with such a prickly disposition before. On a positive note, I did enjoy being able to watch the sunrise from my room—it was a nice touch. However, the constant noise and lack of sleep made my stay far less enjoyable than I had hoped. If you're looking for a budget stay with basic amenities, this hotel might work, but don't expect much beyond that. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Sad to say that although Peach Hill is a lovely property with comfy rooms, the internet connection is at times inadequate, and TV channels often buffering. They need to upgrade their internet provider package. The live music in the restaurant was unnecessarily too loud and can be heard in the room. I told two different, feckless managers and they informed restaurant staff, but after an hour or so the music was back to full volume. Soundproofing the restaurant would be a good idea.

Bright shiny room. Condition of the room could have been better compared to the price. Soundproof of the wall is not very good. Can hear the next room and room on top. Shower area could have been a little larger compared to the size of the bathroom. It was likely to be only 80-90 cm. The smell of the soap, however, was gorgeous. Breakfast a little disappointing in terms of variety of main dishes but the taste was good. Plus side is that the room was large and quite spacious. Really enjoyed sunshine in the room while working hours at the table next to the window and view of the ocean far away was very nice even though the stay was only on 11th floor. Best thing was the bed and the fluffy blankets. Good sleep despite some noise.

Love this place , very friendly and professional staff, they go the extra mike to help you , i want to go somewhere, front desk manager call a car for me on one of the applications, so i don't need to take a taxi , she also ask the driver to give me her whatsapp so she can pick me up later , housekeeping personnel very nice and friendly, room very clean , love the breakfast, nice buffet, also the pools on the roof, from 1 to 10 i give 10 , highly recommend, very near the beach, just cross the street, many restaurants near , very simple was a very good choice

Nice hotel with great location to my meeting place. Simple and comfortable hotel with reasonable price. Will recommend again.
