Hotels in Racha Island, Phuket

Everything about my stay was great, but I was disappointed by the experience I had with the front desk manager. As we had already checked out but still had two hours before our boat departure, we decided to go for a swim. When I politely asked for a towel, I received an unfriendly response: “You have already checked out, so it’s not allowed.” This response made me feel as if I was no longer valued as a guest, which left a negative impression. It’s unfortunate how a single interaction can overshadow an otherwise pleasant stay. I’m now uncertain whether I would recommend this hotel to others, as one person’s attitude can truly impact the entire experience.

This place was great! After booking, we took a speedboat from Chalong Pier, and a tractor met us at the shore to take us right to the hotel entrance. The local staff at the front desk spoke Chinese, as did the people at the pier, so communication was super easy. We arrived around 11 AM, queued up to check in, and then just had to pick up our room key at 2 PM. In the meantime, we could change into our swimsuits in the bathroom and go snorkeling, swing on the swings, or swim in the pool. We left our luggage at the front desk. The restaurant is right across from the front desk, and the prices are reasonable – dinner for 4 adults and 2 children cost us 1900 THB. After we got our room key, the staff very kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room.

Check-in was handled seamlessly at the Phuket pier reception before we even set foot on the island. To our delightful surprise, upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered we'd been upgraded to a sea-view room with a private pool! The hotel itself is stunning, and the private beach boasts breathtaking views with soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters. The service was exceptional as well! Ice-cold water and fresh fruit were consistently available daily by the pool and on the beach. While some of the hotel's fixtures, like the bathroom amenities, showed a bit of age, this didn't detract from our experience in the slightest! We were particularly impressed with the hotel's attentive service, which began right from the moment we checked in at the pier. They offered complimentary snacks and drinks, and our luggage was seamlessly transported from the pier directly to our hotel room. The day before check-out, the hotel thoughtfully called to explain the process: we could simply leave our luggage in the room, and they would handle its transfer to the speedboat, making it available for pick-up at their Phuket reception office. During the wait between check-out and our speedboat departure, we were welcome to continue using the hotel's public facilities, and they even offered showers for after a final swim! A special mention must go to the couple's set menu at Bamboo Restaurant – it was absolutely delicious! And hands down, the most delicious mango sticky rice I've ever tasted in all my trips to Thailand!

From the moment we booked until we checked out we had super service . Amazing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful . The place is very convenient with shops all around . Easy access to transport . Delicious breakfast and a vibrate outside bar . I will recommend the place to anyone traveling to Phuket 👍👍👍

This hotel is located in a relatively partial location in Phuket. If you are going to travel, it will be more troublesome. The hotel is a small B&B. The room is clean and the boss is very enthusiastic. You can also rent a motorcycle to the boss to go around. But if you use a credit card to pay for it, you still have to pay for it. The boss said that it is only for cash, not for credit card. So it’s useless to give a credit card to Ctrip. There will be some food stalls around you to choose from, three meals is not a problem!

Very impressed, clean accommodation. There is also a cat. Have a chance to go to Phuket, will go back to stay again.

The place is remarkably beautiful, with large lagoon in the centre of resort. The staffs and owner are really nice and helpful. We got lost at the airport on our first day and we reached out to the reception to ask for transferring service. It took only 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. We had a really great time here and hopefully, we'll come back again very soon. 有美丽的地方，度假村中间有一个大游泳池。 服务员和业主都很善良。 我们到达的第一天，我们在机场迷路了路，并联系了人员以帮助取车来接我们， 只等了大概15分他们就来啦。在普吉岛玩的很开心。 希望很快回来，肯定也要回到着度假村住！

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I showed up late for check in due to flight delay. The room was so clean and spacious, just what I needed. My stay there was only a few days so I could explore Phuket city. The Patong Beach Bangla walking street was 40 minutes away but I choose this hotel as I wanted to be close to the airport. The trip was fun, lively and vibrant. I loved the music, food and the people there was a lot of fun.
