Hotels in Bang Tao Beach, Phuket

The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available. Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl! Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in.

I had a really good stay at HOMA Cherngtalay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed from the start. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved all the free exercise and wellness classes — such a great bonus for people who enjoy staying active. The location is also very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Tops and Villa Market, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It made daily life really easy and enjoyable. The only downside is the giant mosquitoes 😅, so do prepare some repellent! Also, sometimes there’s a bit of a smell from dog poop around the outdoor areas, which I hope they can improve in the future. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, active, and well-located place to stay in Phuket.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is pretty good, especially their mango salad. Not bad but not great for a Hilton. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked. There are closer and cheaper options if that’s what you are looking for. If you are looking for a quiet room to relax in, these rooms are not for you as the rooms share doors that let a ton of noise in. Basically your neighbor would have to speak in sign language to not be heard by their neighbor. However, if your goal is to stay in your room as little as possible, this place would be a good option.

Staff are very nice and welcoming, they let me check in early like 11.30 which is great :) the bed and pillows are comfy, room is clean, everything is new as a new hotel. The pool at the top is very nice if you like sunbathing a little bit smaller than I expected but still nice and enjoyable. I got a city view on the 5fl it a bit noisy at night because of the car and the bike specifically. The best thing of this hotel is the location just a 1 mins walk to 7-11 and a 5min walk to Porto de Phuket and many Thai and western restaurants around.

I truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍 Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%. There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

We went there for our honeymoon, and got a sublime room, especially prepared for us, with a private pool. The service took care of us really well, as if we were long stay people even though we stayed a couple of nights. We didn’t get the chance to taste the breakfast but heard good news about it. Finally, the hotel is far from Phuket old town but if you are interested by the beaches and the magnificent sunset of Phuket, this hotel is the best choice, located on the west coast, near every beaches well known.

I spent my birthday at The Ozone Residences Bangtao, and it was absolutely perfect. The place is stylish, peaceful, and filled with natural light. Morning coffee by the rooftop pool with a view of the hills felt like pure magic. The staff were kind, the room spotless, and the whole atmosphere made the day truly special. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! 🎂✨

It was really comfortable to stay here . The place really clean and i have no problem with ac . Everything was perfect , also they have a laundry machine so we can wash our clothes . It was the best place to escape from the island and choose the hills . The pool area was cool . Small but enough.

Overall, this is a great hotel. The quality of the service, food, and facilities are all of a high standard. I'll just mention two things that bothered me. - It's a little far from Phuket's main tourist areas, so some people may find it inconvenient. 　However, I liked Laguna area itself, especially the night market that's held nearby, so I gave it a rating of 5. - As we were a family of four, we had two twin rooms next to each other. The air conditioning in one room was too strong, while the other struggled to cool our room. I hope this post will encourage the hotel to address this issue, ensuring an even more wonderful stay.
