Excellent beachfront hotel with great amenities. The property is conveniently located close to the beach in a pleasant neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with quality beds that ensure a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a nice variety of tasty options. The hotel features multiple swimming pools, providing plenty of options for guests to relax and enjoy. All facilities are well-maintained and functioning properly. The bedroom isn't huge, but the vanity area is quite spacious. The use of Byredo toiletries really elevates the luxurious feel. The mattress is on the softer side, but the pillows are quite comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent.
The hotel has several restaurants. Breakfast was just okay, and you might have to queue during peak hours. The prices are a bit steep.
The infinity pool is located on the 4th floor near the lobby. The view isn't anything special, but it wasn't crowded. I highly recommend the beachfront pool, which offers direct ocean views and is very calming and therapeutic.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. There's also a buggy service available to take you anywhere on the property. The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport.
The only drawback is the lack of fruit stands or convenience stores nearby. You'd need to take a taxi to reach one.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would happily return. The property is beautiful. The breakfast buffet and Madura restaurant was excellent and very tasty, with an amazing view of the pool . The staff took good care of us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out.
They also have a gym facility and it was fun to exercise with a sea view.
For improvements, we had no privacy with room 315, the staff was always in front of the villa( check my picture) and it was a messy view… I suggested to have plantation around the villa.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was just perfect! Walking distance to the beach and 30 seconds away from a 7 eleven. The only issue we had was with the booking. We had been booked into one room for two nights and then another room for the third night. We said this was fine. We were told we had to leave our luggage just in reception in the morning, so we did. However, coming back to the hotel in the evening we had been put back into the same room and our luggage had been put in our room but the door was left wide open, with our luggage in full view. Apart from this everyone was all very friendly. There wasn’t always someone on reception which sometimes made it difficult when we needed to contact someone we just had to call them. Otherwise a great trip and great location! We went to the elephant jungle sanctuary and got a bolt there and would highly recommend and spent the afternoon in Patong!

Changed to this hotel from Thai Kamala beach literally a couple of weeks before we travelled. So glad we did. This was cheaper and in a far better location for us.
The Ocean Villa we booked made our stay. It was an amazing place. Great view over kamala beach and bay . The room itself was big with a separate bathroom that had a whirlpool bath right in front of the big windows with the same view as the bedroom.
Small area separate to bathroom & bedroom to make tea & coffee and had a mini fridge in. Rooms had everything you could need. It's the only one we had on our 3 week trip around Thailand that had an iron & ironing board!
Bed was very comfy so slept really well. As these detached villas are away from the pool and main hotel it is peaceful. Just the sound of the sea , perfect. No better start to the day than opening the curtains and balcony doors and getting back into bed to admire the view and sound of the sea.

Everything was great! Very good small hotel two steps from the sea. Silence and cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are big, everywhere clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and very very clean. Literally there are all the little things for recreation - umbrellas, slippers, beach towels, straw-lined beds to lie on the beach and much more. And the main great staff is friendly and uninterrupted. I strongly recommend!

The room was great, very close to the beach. There is a very busy street with many horse races nearby. The hotel environment is very good! The swimming pool is maintained every morning. The hotel facilities are also complete, with microwave ovens, electric irons, coffee machines, refrigerators and even ovens. Toiletries are also provided. There is no additional charge except for the electricity fee of 7 baht/kWh. We stayed for two days and the electricity fee was 175 baht, which is equivalent to more than 30 yuan. The store owner is very good. Check-in is smooth. Check-out electricity bill is settled and leave. There is no arguing and entanglement and it is very polite. I was worried before going, but nothing happened. I was really happy on this trip! Recommended, it is very cost-effective to stay in a villa when there are many people traveling, and I had a lot of fun with friends.

The hotel was nice and modern and clean. The pools were satisfactory, and it was easy to walk to the beach in 10 minutes down the main road. The breakfast was a bit disappointing - not great quality or selection - but overall this was good value for money.

I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

GGuest UserRight from the time that I booked the hotel, I was contacted by the staff on my WhatsApp number and they extended their help in all ways possible. They arranged for the airport pick-up and also gave me options for various tours of Phuket.
On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by the hotel staff Ju and Zen and we had asked them in advance to help us with the locations of super-markets and Indian restaurants in the vicinity. They had a map ready for us and they showed us with great detail, all the locations and timings. Also, as a pleasant surprise, they upgraded the room for us, which was very spacious, overlooking the swimming pool and had a refrigerator, microwave oven, induction heaters. We used these to heat the food that we carried with us and really helped in making our stay very pleasant and comfortable.
Whenever we needed anything, we could just send them a WhatsApp message and they would respond within a minute. I would highly recommend this hotel to all those who wish to visit Phuket. The silent and peaceful Kamala beach is a 5 minute walks from the hotel.

KKitty13Okay, so it’s more like serviced apartments rather than an actual hotel. So don’t really expect a 5 star hotel feel. The restaurant Shimmer which is located on the hotel premises is amazing! We had dinners there even when we moved to a different hotel. It also has a nice quiet beach, which you can access directly from the hotel. The only downside of our stay was a gigantic cockroach we found in our living room, it was huge and disgusting. We killed it, but obviously there must be more of them living in the room /hotel. I’ve read it in the other reviews as well, so I think the management has to take measures to get rid of them, especially in the rooms!!

CCHUN KINThe food in the restaurant is pretty good, the rooms are well-equipped, and the living room is large. There is a swimming pool that automatically changes water every day. The location is relatively remote, but it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach and there are many restaurants.

Посуда в достатке, но кружки маловаты. На кухне отсутствуют тряпочку или губки для столов и мытья посуды, духовке не совсем чистая. Также нет досточек, чтобы порезать фрукты. Сам отель находится отдалённо от кафешек, массажей и магазинов. Мы брали мопеды, но из-за полицейских много не поездеешь, если нет прав международного образца. Штраф 1000 Батт

CCecibunzThis guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.
