Very good Hotel and good service and WiFi connection. The location is ideal and close to the beach. Roads are noisy but it's okay when your doors are closed. Great airconditioning and provisions

I booked this place thinking it would have the multiple rooftop pools (see their images). However, theyve updated to one small L-shaped pool and a section of table/pools that aren't available until after 6pm. It's super deceptive if you think you're getting what the hotel images show. Don't get a balcony - you're just facing another room in the inner area. First night there were a bunch of cockroaches and was told it's the rainy season. Listen, I also live in the tropics and understand seeing the odd one but there were 4-5 roaming around the room in the evening. Told the GM the next day who offered to upgrade/move me, when all I wanted was the room to be sprayed. Was told if they spray more would come so I shifted rooms. It's a great location but the place feels like it's in need of investment. Book it if it's cheap/low season.

This is a nice clean hotel, with a good breakfast. Really close 2 minute from the beach and also walking distance from otop market en marlin plaza is 10 minutes walking. Great service and location, only a bit loud noises but that is patong.

This hotel has the best location—just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Super convenient! The service was amazing—the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for couples looking for a vibrant and relaxing getaway.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. When we checked in the rooms, we can still see some cigarette butt and hairs. And we need to ask the cleaner come in to clean it again. And the sound-proofing is super low. We can hear people walk by and the sound-proofing of the lift. Especially when you stay beside a sweet couple. Overall is okay 😊

It's an old place, but the staff was very nice. It's pretty noisy because of nearby bars, so try not to book a corner room. The pool is pretty small, but it's not bad. The gym is a decent size, and they have saunas and shower rooms right outside of the gym. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of people from around the world, and most of the guests were Chinese, probably because it is a Chinese owned hotel. There were also a lot of kids. Outside of the hotel you can find a taxi service, and the hotel is a short walk to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place unless you can find a similar one with a better price. The one thing that turned me off from this hotel was that one day, I was woken up by a woman screaming. I thought it was my neighbor byt my gf said no, it sounds further away. I went out on the balcony to see where the screaming was coming from. She sounded like she was being beaten. I heard the screaming coming from a room below, so I went downstairs and banged on the door. No staff came. Nobody else bothered coming out into the hallway until I banged in the door. A man answered, and there was a woman with him She was unharmed. No bruises or marks. She was just crazy. I calmed her down and handled the situation myself. The man said sorry and shook my hand. Still, no staff showed up. A woman in the hallway thanked me for dealing with it. The woman who was screaming could be heard throughout the entire resort. Still, no staff. I was surprised because there were a few pretty big men on staff, but still, nobody came. If it was serious, someone could have easily been killed there. I'm shocked that so many men are such cowards. When I banged on the door, 2 men from the room next door finally came out, and I told them it's ok. Such cowards.

It was a nice stay there. Even thought hotel was not brand new, the amenities were in good condition. It is not so close to Patong beach which takes about 30 min walk. In general, not bad.

Nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop pool, the room was quite nicely cleaned, unfortunately the wait was long because the service forgot about us and so we waited about 20 minutes for the room. What bothered us the most was the noisy sounds from the city

Location was great, walking distance to one of the biggest mall in Patong and food market, many restaurants along the street as well so you don't have to worry about starving in the middle of the night. Check In and Check Out process smooth, you need to put deposit of THB 1,000 for each room. The room was spacious, although it has slight smelly odor at the first time we enter the room. The amenities inside also complete from the toiletries until kitchen appliances, they refill 2 water bottles every day. Recommended for any type of traveler and it was cheap compared to other similar hotel.

The view from the room was truly lovely. It was wonderful to have privacy, as both the room and the bathroom faced the sea—this was an important factor in choosing this hotel. The sea view was definitely the highlight of the experience. It was visible from almost everywhere in the hotel, and the teppanyaki restaurant, Gin, was exceptional. The chef was friendly, personable, and professional. The food was of good quality, and one of the older, elegant Thai-Chinese ladies providing service stood out, especially since the other staff members were less pleasant during our dining experience. We left feedback with their names in their internal feedback. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and the air conditioning, which was a significant letdown, as well as the variety and overall spread of the breakfast.
