Hotels in Karon Beach, Phuket

Love this place , very friendly and professional staff, they go the extra mike to help you , i want to go somewhere, front desk manager call a car for me on one of the applications, so i don't need to take a taxi , she also ask the driver to give me her whatsapp so she can pick me up later , housekeeping personnel very nice and friendly, room very clean , love the breakfast, nice buffet, also the pools on the roof, from 1 to 10 i give 10 , highly recommend, very near the beach, just cross the street, many restaurants near , very simple was a very good choice

Great location and a nice place to stay - freshly painted in most areas and overall a lovely environment. Breakfast is good and plentiful - but could do with a choice of cereals for adults eg: muesli (only 2 kids's cereals available). Our room 424 had a balcony with a sea view but the door would not open - 3 times we asked for it to be fixed but it was never sorted so the balcony was a waste of time, so this was disappointing. The door and balcony were very old and had obviously not been updated for a long time. However the room was spacious and the shower had good pressure. The staff were very accommodating and the 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach was a winner.

Excellent value for money. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Go out - turn right and go to the first traffic light, turn right before it and go straight to the beach. It is better to take rooms with a view of the pool and on the 2nd-3rd floor. Those facing the road are a bit noisy. Very tasty breakfasts, especially the potatoes. We had lunch and dinner in the same cafe, which is located right next to the pool. Inexpensive and tasty. There is no elevator, but this was not a big problem.

Very good location, walking distance to Karon beach and convenient to get food around the hotel area, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful👍👍👍 The only part that needs improvement is the shower and toilet amenities are old, the shower head needs to be replaced with a new one as it does not function well. But overall we enjoy our stay there as this is only a minor issue for us. Everything else is fine 👍 The sunset view from our balcony is also an added point. Will recommend staying here if you want a convenient and nice stay in Karon.

I didn't stay for very long, but I really liked the location, it's not that far from the beach, there's private parking, the room is clean at a good level, there's a personal mini bar in the room, as well as all the amenities for a great stay, they check you in quickly, and also collect reviews at the end of the check-in to improve the level of service, I recommend visiting this hotel because it's really in good condition and clean

We spent 7 days in this condo! This was the second location during our vacation!! The apartment is very cool with all the amenities, even washing powder😁 We had a studio with one bedroom! Miniature, 30 meters for two is enough, cool super huge bed, quiet place, nature around, hills .. sometimes we were too lazy to go to the sea, on the roof there is a super relaxation area, a large pool at any time of the day, I often went to the neighboring building, I liked the relaxation area there more! The pools were different in color because of the tiles. In general, everything is super, you can use the neighboring building! It's not far to the sea, across the road there are shops, fruit exchangers, everything you need to eat along the way by the sea ..

Hotel and facilities were good and perfect for families, beds comfortable. However disappointed of the cleanliness of shared areas such as pool area, it was not cleaned regularly, empty dirty plates and glasses were left for long periods of time, sometimes sitting over night. A empty cocktail glass and plate sat dirty outside. Our room from other quests for 3 days.

I added Phuket to my Thailand trip as I wanted to enjoy the beach and sun. This hotel is quite nice, it’s located in the hills and has a nice pool. The only thing is that it’s about an hour from the airport and 20-30 minutes from the beach. They do offer free shuttle to the beach. I didn’t try any of the amenities. Also note that if you’re checking out at ridiculous time (like me at 4am) the front desk person is in the back and you might have to make a lot of noise to get someone to come out. I would book here if you have your own vehicle to take you places or if you’re looking for a little relaxing break. I’d probably actually visit again it’s really nice - one of the nicer hotels I’ve been too. Actually it was about 40-50 baht (one way) to get to local beach and town and around 200 baht to visit old Phuket town

The hotel is after renovation, clean, breakfasts are tasty, but not very varied: soup, rice with vegetables or noodles with vegetables, fried eggs, omelet, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereal, sausages, ham, pineapple, watermelon. The only minus is no coffee machine, just instant coffee. But it broke, maybe they will fix it sooner or later. The room is ordinary, closer to retro. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that there was overbooking and we were accommodated on Kata beach in a 4 * hotel for 4 days. They provided a transfer there and back. We did not notice the difference between 4 * and 3 *, breakfasts are even better in Rattana, but to the sea in 4 * you had to walk 20 minutes and this is a lot compared to 5 minutes from Rattana. In general, I recommend the hotel, I would stay again.

Paradox is in a good location on Karon Beach close to the beach and shops. It is located on a huge property and has a mix of villas, hotel rooms and private residences. It also has 2 street access points.  The staffs English is not so good. This meant that restaurant and bar orders were sometimes mixed up, and they often struggled to provide us with accurate advice. There was only one young man at checkin who spoke English extremely well.  The pool swim up bar was great however main bartender often quite moody. Cocktails were very yummy but it seemed less than the standard nip serve of alcohol were being put in the drinks (1.5oz in Thailand).  The room was nice but usually not serviced until very late in the afternoon which meant no clean towels, water etc. The resort has a lot of steps so is not really pram or wheelchair friendly. Other than these things, it was a nice area to stay in. All of the resort was kept very clean, including rooms and pool which was crystal blue every day. Golf buggy is a great plus to travel from one end of resort to another. Staff generally very kind and welcoming. Food at both of the restaurants was clean and very tasty (with one exception of a frozen crème brûlée). Entertainment and atmosphere of MINT Restaurant was excellent, with live singers, seated across the road from the beach, and nice decorations.  Overall a good stay !
