Phuket Hotels with Wi-Fi

Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.

The Beachfront Hotel is conveniently located and offers spacious accommodations. The separate living and bedroom areas were a nice touch. However, the presence of mosquitoes and dust detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. The front desk staff was polite, but the check-in process was somewhat slow and confusing. The hotel’s location is convenient, but the need to exit and re-enter the building to access certain areas was inconvenient.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Location is great! Just ten mins to Jungceylon shopping centre and Central Shopping centre. It’s also a 5 mins walk to the beach area. The breakfast buffet serves great variety of western and local street food cart as well as 1 choice of eggs your way. We got the pool view room and it was big. Night music generally stops around 11pm and it was so quiet throughout the night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Alan and Joker who checked us in. Overall great stay and majority is due to the staff!! Well done and keep it up!

A perfect place to unwind, very clean and peaceful with a charming view of the Andaman Sea. Our dining experience had always been fantastic with the lively and welcoming attitude of the F&B staff Joan, Jera and El. They always made the atmosphere happy and they are always eager to help. The resort general manager is also very accommodating. The other staff are very helpful as well. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and the hotel had an amazing pool. The staff at the hotel is absolutely the best, especially the front desk staff, incredibly helpful. The hotel has nice details, such as the baskets available to carry the beach towels around. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of variety, I also liked that it starts quite early. The beach in front of hotel is nice and the sunrise view is very pretty. The pool has great views for amazing pictures. The location is quiet but there are two convence stores nearby and a few real good restaurants around the hotel too. There are also several massage places walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I definitely recommend it. Calm location but with enough restaurants and massage places around, great beach view and great pool area, nice rooms and breakfast and absolutely amazing and super helpful staff.

We were very happy and fantastic when we stayed there. Hotel Tide is really an amazing hotel as I know. Services & cleanness are also very good and we don’t have to complain anything. But we would like to suggest one thing only. If possible, pls put hand wash on the toilet’s basin instead of soap. By the way, hotel’s breakfast buffets are delicious too much and hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Everything is great except that it was located uphill. It's fine if you are taking transportation out. Breakfast was great. Bathroom and toilet was separated, but do note that the glassdoor is not fully sealed from top to bottom.

This hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but we felt like it's only 3 star, cleanliness is poor, we stayed for 7 nights, they never changed the bed sheets and the general cleaning of the room was poor. Also more then one activity was out of service, like the kids zone, the air-conditioning wasn't working also ladies massage and spa was out of service. However we loved the pool.
