Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

Nice place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby restaurants, massage parlours and convenience store, very convenient. Tourists spots also nearby.I like it very much. Will stay there again if visit Phuket again. Five stars given.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well kept, clean with a nice modern design. It has all the standard amenities plus the room and bathroom is really large so that adds to the comfort. The balcony comes with stools and a mini table. The bed was surprisingly comfy and better than most hotels I've stayed at. The only drawback of the room is the air conditioning which I think is too cold and can't be adjusted, but that's not so bad in the hot climate. The location is top notch and within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants and shopping mall. There will be a lot of night music and traffic noises nearby so I chose a room facing the pool / garden side and that already cancels out 95% of the noise. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast.

Place was at prime location . Rooms were clean and amenities was good. Buffet breakfast was limited with vegetarian varieties. When asked for veg fried rice for kids it was not provided, so need to look for other location to eat.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and treat you warmly during the check in and check out process. The room is very clean, spacious and smells good. housekeeping staff is also very nice and helpful. only this hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes. maybe upon request. This hotel is also very convenient and close to the shopping mall, Bangla Road and other shops. Will come again to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay. The room has its own pool. It is spacious and perfect for couple or family. The whole ambiance of the hotel is like a paradise, very quiet and peaceful with all facilities available. We are very grateful with the service from the FO Guide for a smooth check in, their manager Edson for touring us around and giving recommendations. We ate dinner buffet and was serenaded by Marie and Medic, they are wonderful singer. Our server Joan was also bubbly and attentive to us. Overall we had a memorable experience and we will definitely come back!

The room was nice and the hotel had an amazing pool. The staff at the hotel is absolutely the best, especially the front desk staff, incredibly helpful. The hotel has nice details, such as the baskets available to carry the beach towels around. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of variety, I also liked that it starts quite early. The beach in front of hotel is nice and the sunrise view is very pretty. The pool has great views for amazing pictures. The location is quiet but there are two convence stores nearby and a few real good restaurants around the hotel too. There are also several massage places walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I definitely recommend it. Calm location but with enough restaurants and massage places around, great beach view and great pool area, nice rooms and breakfast and absolutely amazing and super helpful staff.

We were very happy and fantastic when we stayed there. Hotel Tide is really an amazing hotel as I know. Services & cleanness are also very good and we don’t have to complain anything. But we would like to suggest one thing only. If possible, pls put hand wash on the toilet’s basin instead of soap. By the way, hotel’s breakfast buffets are delicious too much and hotel staffs are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the hill. You might need a lift by a car or if you ride a scooter that will be ok if you have to walk with your big luggage that will be hard to get there. The hotel is new and have a beautiful view
