The room was beautiful—modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and always welcoming. We had an issue with a cancelled flight, and Kyla in particular was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to assist us.
On the downside, the main swimming pool area is quite small and surprisingly has no toilets or showers, which was hard to believe. In addition, the toiletries in the room were either missing or not replenished. Having stayed at many Radisson hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing experience so far, for the money paid…
