This is a nice apartment, very clean and very secure. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased to receive a text from the owners when we got there making sure that everything was ok, and that if we needed anything to let them know. The room we stayed in does have a small standup shower though, something to be aware of.

The place is extra clean and modern ,I would like to thank the host he is so polite and understanding ,the apartment a one room and a leaving room with a sofa that can turn into a king size bed the kitchen was clean and prepared with dishes and tools for cooking they also provide a washing machine ,iron ,hair dryer .. very thing is prepared like in hotel it’s won’t be our last time to come to this amazing place ❤️✨

Il gestore è stato arrogante. C'è stato un disguido causato dal sistema di *********** che ha modificato il mio numero di telefono. Questo ha reso difficile concordare un appuntamento col gestore. Quando ci siamo trovati il gestore è stato aggressivo e arrogante. Non ha avuto alcuna comprensione o rispetto. La struttura non ha alcuna reception e c'è solo il campanello. Se si crea un disguido, si rischia di restare fuori.

È un appartamento perfetto perché è vicinissimo al centro e consente di fare belle passeggiate tra bei negozi. È comodo per 4 persone; è molto pulito, con tutti i comfort. il gestore è un giovane disponibile, affabile e premuroso. È presente il posto auto e questa comodità non è banale. Siamo stati già due volte e confermiamo che sarà il nostro alloggio a Piacenza tutte le volte che andremo.
